  If you're on a cruise ship make sure the times you book coincide with the local time or you'll miss the excursion. I missed mine by 30 mins bc our ship docked at 9a but it was 10a local time. Reached out about refund, but didn't get a straight answer.

  First of all, I have used Viator in the past and had great success. However this experience was horrible. When booking I answered all the questions correctly - specifically- questions regarding our arrival and departure. We were on a cruise. Turns out our arrival time was the departure time so Amigo tours left without even a call/text. The folks at the EDC (?) parking were NOT helpful. In fact, they were rude and kept passing us from person to person. At times arguing with each other. Finally a very nice security guard offered to call Amigo Tours for me. I spoke with them and they offered nothing solution. Ultimately, we grabbed a cab and got there. Now begins the process of a refund from Viator. Maho beach was great. DO NOT use Amigo Tours. You have been warned. Viator - do better!!!

  Having a roundtrip ride scheduled on a busy day is the way to go! Rafael was the best tour guide and gave us all fabulous tour telling all the hot spots! Maho is of course amazing and a must see! The rum punch on the way back is delicious!

  The driver was very knowledgeable and we loved hearing all about the island, government and culture. The meet up point was not communicated and was hard to find, but I asked several people at the port and was finally able to find it. The beach was memorable because of the planes, but not the best beach for hanging out. Somewhat small and cramped.

• Way overpriced! if you purchase from locals at the port, it’s almost half the price.

  Horrible experience! And for those of you that are looking to book this tour. You can get a shuttle from the peer vendors for almost half the price. This was way overpriced after finding that out. We arrived at the port 20 minutes before the scheduled time for the shuttle to leave. The directions in the email were not precise and there were several areas where shuttles picked up. We asked 4 different workers and got different directions each time. No one seems to ever heard of this amigos tours. We missed the shuttle and then when I contacted Viator they were not helpful on trying to get us even a partial refund. Very bad experience and out the total charge.

  They were great. I booked last minute, they hadn’t gotten my name yet but they made it good and ordered a whole van just for me. Got a private tour to my beach. Driver was fantastic played tour guide all way there and home pointing out attractions.
