5.00The guided tour was fantastic. Our guide was Alessandra (Alessia). His explanations were magnificent during 2h. My mother was participating without headphones and she was watching the whole time to get her to hear it right. Attentive, professional and pleasant. It flew past us! To repeat, no doubt.
