3.00It can end up being a beach only trip. When we got on the coach a few of the passengers said they did not want to go shopping and would prefer to spend the hours scheduled for the shopping area on the beach. He agreed to this and despite is objecting ignored us.

5.00It is a good way to see the island. We were a party of 8. The van was very clean and comfortable. It took us to additional stops that the open group tours did not take us on our last visit. Elvis was very nice.

4.00Arrived at the pick-up spot at 11:15 AM as indicated on the Viator confirmation document only to find out that the tour bus had left at 8:45 AM. The agent who booked our tour made an error. Fortunately, the tour operator sent someone to pick us up and dropped us at the tour that was in progress. We were assured that we would be back on the ship well before sailing time. The tour driver/guide was very helpful and kind. He took our booking papers and told us he will investigate how this error happened. However we did enjoy the tour but it was a hectic day for us.

5.00Elvis was great! Tour was what we were looking for! On time and knew the local history. Made sure everyone got to to their return destinations on time.

3.00Being at Mountain Top and seeing the view. Driver was very loud and frankly kind of obnoxious. Drove too fast at times.
