5.00We had An amazing time from when we walked in the doors to when we left. Dameian was an incredible host. The tour was very educational in the most fun way possible! The beach was one of the best we visited while in Barbados. 10/10 will be back anytime I’m in barbados. Thank you Stade’s and Planteray Rum!

5.00This was a fun experience Joy was very good and managed the group incredibly well. The group was over 50 people, personally it was too big and I was hoping for a much smaller group but the rum tasting was ok and cocktails and the beach afterwards was amazing. The venue is accessible if youre on a scooter or in a wheelchair. The beach is ok if you can walk a few steps as its sand

5.00We had a great time doing the Stades Rum tour. We booked in for the 10:30am slot and were met with a rum punch on arrival at 10am. This gave us half an hour to walk around their massive gift shop and relax in the cubano which is right on the beach. They have great facilities: private shower, clean toilets and a bar which does food/snack bites (very good wings). The rum tasting itself was led by Joy who was tremendous at getting the group involved. We were a family of 5 and did the tasting with a couple of 2 and we all had a laugh. It’s very interactive with questions and lots of history plus trying all the different rums. Big S/O Joy. Afterwards we made use of the beach beds and the staff continued to all be great. Cocktails were brilliant - similar prices to other beach bars which seemed worth it due to the better quality.

5.00We went on the tour on the recommendation of a family member and we weren’t disappointed. Our group travelled to the distillery by the local bus service which dropped us on the main road and then about a 15 minute walk to Stade’s site. The beach side setting of the distillery is lovely. There was a friendly welcome from staff and as we were early for our tour we enjoyed our complimentary rum punch on the deck overlooking the beach. Our tour was led by Asha who was enthusiastic, amusing and very knowledgeable about the rum making process and the history of the company. The tour lasted well over an hour and I would say it was good value for money when compared to the entrance fees for other distilleries on the island. The rum tasting consisted of sampling 5 rums with tasting techniques and tasting notes from Asher. The tasting takes place on a high deck overlooking the beach. After the tasting we returned to the well stocked gift shop and purchased some bottles of rum and other souvenirs. Some of our party brought well priced and nicely cooked food lunch from the cafe and then we spent time on the beach which is equipped with sunbeds and sunshades. A very enjoyable visit judged good value for money with the additional bonus of its beachside location.

5.00The view was amazing and the food was great! We had Joy for the rum tasting! Joy was very amazing, had great energy and very patient! I would do this over a 5 hour rum tasting tour! We were able to hangout at the beach afterwards as well!

5.00We did the rum tasting and it was very informative and entertaining. But the highlight was the beautiful quiet beach that we had access to after the tasting. Add the great food and drinks and we really couldn't have asked for a better day. Highly recommend!
