5.00I am an oenophile (a person who adores wine) and this tour of Stancija Collis winery was a delight for me. We even went to the cellar of this winery, where we saw how the aging of wines here is done. The tour guide was perfectly synced with the folks at Stancija Collis and this made the tour a pleasure.

5.00We walked by vineyards and olive plantations. The wine tasting at Collis winery was a great experience with 5 different wines and also varieties of cheese. It was fascinating to see all the wine cellars and hear stories about the vineyards and it's related traditions. I also bought some fresh organic olives. Enjoyable tour.
