In this activity we will have a small introduction on the beach on how to use the Stand Up paddle, after with a certified instructor we will enter the water to practice. In this lesson we learn to paddle, to keep our balance on the board and to relate to possible problems that may arise at sea.

5.00Highly recommended - I thoroughly enjoyed the time spent yesterday with Mara paddleboarding in Playa Flamingo (and out of the bay!) Mara guides you with confidence, professional advice and quickly accessing your skill levels and confidence making a perfect and memorable experience. We were very impressed with Mara's scuba diving and snorkeling knowledge too. Looking forward to returning to SUP Tours soon. Julia and Kevan Humphreys ;-)
