We invite you to be part of this yellow experience in Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Cruises and SUPYoga in Pichilemu, Here you can laugh, relax and enjoy the benefits of nature and water. Flowing and connecting with yourself, our activities are individual, as a couple and in groups of up to 10 people.

Our activities consist of a trip and/or Sup Yoga and last approximately 2 hours. In this activity we first do warm-up exercises, then we teach you the techniques of paddling and positioning on the board, falls, then we get into the water board where a journey through the nature sanctuary begins in the position you choose, Later comes a class of Sup Yoga, Meditation and Sound therapy in the water. We deliver the complete equipment and photographic record.

5.00A beautiful, enriching experience. At first it was challenging because I had no prior knowledge of rowing but then I was able to handle it without problems. The SUP yoga experience is one of the things I would like to do again in life.

5.00Excellent experience with Paula and Paolo!!! Really enjoyed it! The activity was excellently well thought out and organized and they are both very friendly and concerned that everything goes well! Then we did an acroyoga class with Paula on the beach with a view of the sunset! A spectacular experience! I highly recommend them!

5.00Teacher Paula very dedicated and with a lot of knowledge of yoga. The class has 2 times: stand up paddle tennis to the place where yoga exercises are done. Incredible to disconnect in nature. Highly recommended! I will do it again with my partner! I also did acro yoga with the same teacher on the beach and it was great 🧘♀️

5.00Excellent experience with Paula in Rio Calle - Calle de Valdivia and in Pichilemu, excellent instructor, I had no experience in either the SUP or yoga and it was very beautiful. I would love to repeat the experience again. I highly recommend it.
