  Take the 9 a.m. tour on November 6, 2025. I had read the reviews of other users who recommended not to use this company; I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and made a blunder. I do NOT speak English and therefore wanted a guide and paid to be spoken in Spanish. From the beginning two ‘guides’ tried to avoid having me in their group. Finally, one agreed and I went with her. It didn’t translate to me during the 5 hours of the “experience.” The lack of consideration from the guide was such that other tourists in the group felt bad for me and tried to help me. There was no instance where the ‘guide’ asked me if I understood, or addressed me. Nothing. I made sure the tour was guided and in Spanish. Make sure I even talk to a Representative on the website. Guided is debatable: yes, the misappointed guide was on the ferry with the group, but not guiding or narrating in Spanish. The only real thing this company promotes, dear readers, is that the ferry cost usually $22.50, I have 65+, is Covered – of course for the modest sum of $138.

• Take two different tours that will allow time to explore.

  We felt rushed. The lines were ridiculous in time. We spent way too much time waiting to board the Ferry’s. Then, our time at the sites were too short to enjoy. We didn’t have time to see the museum at the Statute and were very rushed on Ellis Island.

  The tour guide was very energetic and entertaining, she was very knowledgeable about various aspects on the tour. She ensured we were at the front on the ferry and was first off. Did feel abit rushed at times and we would have liked alittle bit more time at the islands. I would definitely recommend
