On this tour you will explore the historic sites in Stavanger and discover the story of the city. This is perfect for solo travelers and those traveling together! Go at your own pace. Stop and go when you want! This tour is smartphone guided and you can go anytime, 24/7/365. You'll get the inside scoop and local history and see the oldest part of the city, Gamle Stavanger, the oldest church in Norway, the most colorful street, the largest collection of wooden houses in Scandinavia, the old watch tower, the murals, museums, statues and of course you’ll see the harbor. As you walk you’ll learn about the fishing industry, the oil industry, the historic center, the artists, the saints arm, the food, the Vikings and the local culture. A great tour of the Stavanger sites. Easy to locate starting point from the cruise port. Very clear information provided at the stops as well as clear directions. Loved the options to pause for further sightseeing on your own time :) Good pace for the information but an option to speed it up 1.5x would be good as well!

Enjoyed the tour. Informative. But the app kept kicking me out. I had to re-download my tour 4-5 times on a 1 hour tour. Frustrating.

The starting point and route was very clear on the app. Our audio tour guide was very interesting and informative. It helped me appreciate Stavanger so much more. Directions of where to go on the audio tour and app were very clear. I love our guide’s voice:-)

Our cruise ship was offering walking tours for $90 pp. This got the job done and allowed us to see the sights on our own time. Downloading instructions were a little confusing at first, but once I figured it out, it worked like a charm.

Great walking app and commentary about Stravanger. Took about an hour and we saw some great sights. The tour starts not too far from the cruise terminal and was easy to find. Highly recommend this app, easy to use and a great price.

Amazing way to see the fjords - they provide you with all the gear you need to stay warm including goggles for your eyes which I would highly recommend wearing Scenery is stunning and you can get up close to the fjords to really appreciate the magnitude of them
