This tour goes to the Stingray City sandbar where you will interact with stingrays. This tour also includes two snorkeling stops, the magnificent Coral Gardens and the gorgeous Barrier Reef.

Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time.
Stay-over guests must provide the following information at time of booking: Name of accommodation, room/unit number and if they need pick up.
Meeting Point for Cruise Passengers: Please meet us at Capt. Marvin's Watersports check-in office located in the Waterfront Centre, 1/2 - 2 Blocks LEFT of the cruise terminal. Please be there at least 45 minutes before time of tour.
We provide complimentary pick-up at hotels/condo along Seven-Mile Beach area.
Meeting point for Stay-over Guests who do not require pick-up: Please meet us at Capt. Marvin's Watersports main office located in the Cayman Falls Plaza, across the street from the Westin Hotel on seven mile beach area. Please be here 30 minutes before time of tour.
Tour operates on local island time NOT ship time.
You must check in at least 45 minutes before the start of the tour.
Children must be accompanied by an adult 18 years old and above.
Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated provided the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
Very important for cruise guests: In the unlikely event that your ship anchors on the south side of the island (Spotts) instead of in George Town Harbour, our shuttle buses will be there to pick you up, and our drivers wearing navy blue (or maroon) colored shirt will be there to meet you. After your tour, we will drop you back in George Town where you can find a local bus or taxi to get back to Spotts.

5.00We did an excursion with Captain Marvin’s in Grand Cayman in November, and the experience was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the staff was professional, friendly, and very experienced. What stood out the most to me was how much they cared about the safety of their guests and the stingrays. They took the time to educate everyone, explain how to interact with the animals respectfully, and made sure the experience felt safe and comfortable the entire time. I never once felt like we were in danger, and we had such a wonderful time. I also highly recommend buying the photos the crew takes during the excursion. It was money well spent and such a great way to remember an incredible day. As a travel agent, I recommend Captain Marvin’s to my clients without hesitation. They provide the kind of experience that is fun, memorable, safe, and respectful of the wildlife; exactly what you hope for when booking an excursion in Grand Cayman.

5.00The boat trip was amazing! The whole crew did a fantastic job and explained a lot regarding the stingrays and at the snorkeling spots as well. If you are not too interested in starfish you should choose this tour as it includes two different snorkeling spots which are both not near the coast - that is very nice! We would recommend everyone to book this tour, the duration is perfect and you get nice insights of the underwater world! :)

5.00This was the highlight of our trip. The snorkeling is excellent and the time with the stingrays is unforgettable! Who wouldnt want to be kissed by one? I think this trip is good for all ages. The staff were very friendly and were considerate for a few folks that were not that comfortable being surrounded by the rays. Best tip I can offer is to go in the afternoon when the people numbers at Stingray city will be smaller (no cruise ship folk). This boat is just the right Goldilocks size- not too big, not too small.

5.00Obligatory crowded tourist stop for stingrays. We did the 3-hour tour at 9am on a Sunday. Tour took individual photos for additional cost. Water was choppy and not a lot to see snorkeling. All boat staff was experienced and helpful. Juice and water provided. We got rained on coming back but it didn't matter because we were already wet!
