This tour goes to the Stingray City sandbar where you will interact with stingrays. This tour also includes two snorkeling stops, the magnificent Coral Gardens and the gorgeous Barrier Reef.

Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time.
Stay-over guests must provide the following information at time of booking: Name of accommodation, room/unit number and if they need pick up.
Meeting Point for Cruise Passengers: Please meet us at Capt. Marvin's Watersports check-in office located in the Waterfront Centre, 1/2 - 2 Blocks LEFT of the cruise terminal. Please be there at least 45 minutes before time of tour.
We provide complimentary pick-up at hotels/condo along Seven-Mile Beach area.
Meeting point for Stay-over Guests who do not require pick-up: Please meet us at Capt. Marvin's Watersports main office located in the Cayman Falls Plaza, across the street from the Westin Hotel on seven mile beach area. Please be here 30 minutes before time of tour.
Tour operates on local island time NOT ship time.
You must check in at least 45 minutes before the start of the tour.
Children must be accompanied by an adult 18 years old and above.
Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated provided the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
Very important for cruise guests: In the unlikely event that your ship anchors on the south side of the island (Spotts) instead of in George Town Harbour, our shuttle buses will be there to pick you up, and our drivers wearing navy blue (or maroon) colored shirt will be there to meet you. After your tour, we will drop you back in George Town where you can find a local bus or taxi to get back to Spotts.

5.00My husband and I have traveled extensively around the world and visited many countries, including several ocean destinations. When we arrived in the Cayman Islands, we were honestly a little underwhelmed at first compared to other places we’ve seen. But everything changed when we went on the Stingray and Starfish tour. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Grand Cayman. It is very reasonably priced compared to other tours, and truly unforgettable. We booked with Captain Marvin’s, and they were excellent—very punctual, professional, and well organized. A special thank you to Mike, Joyce, and Brady. Mike, in particular, made a huge difference for me. I do not swim and have a fear of water, but with his support and reassurance, I was able to get into the water at Stingray City. He helped me safely interact with the stingrays and even assisted with photos, which made the experience so special. He also helped me get in and out of the boat at the starfish stop, which I truly appreciated. Because of their kindness and care, what started as a bit of uncertainty turned into one of the highlights of our trip. If you are visiting Grand Cayman, I highly recommend the Stingray and Starfish tour—especially with this team. It’s an experience you shouldn’t miss.

5.00Had 19 family members, from 8yrs to 72 yrs. Had a great time with Capt Marvin's stingray city and snorkeling. Astor, Jim, Jimmy and Joyce were great! Highly recommend them.

5.00Our family of 19 could not have had a better experience if we tried! From beginning to end the crew was phenomenal and very helpful. We saw sea turtles up close along with coral reefs fish and of course the stingrays. The crew ensured everyone had a special moment with the stingrays and learning about them while having an absolute blast. Cannot recommend this enough and would do this 10 more times if we could! - Schwan Family

5.00Great crew. They were very professional and were enthusiastic about their island and its wonderful wildlife, including, of course, stingrays. Before we jumped in the water, they explained the dos and don'ts. All in all it was a great experience.

5.00This is a MUST DO on Grand Cayman. We had Ashton, JJ and Fred (Captain and crew respectively) and they were fantastic. The highlight was, without doubt, Stingray City. They (the rays) are so curious and gentle and feel like velvet. It was magic just standing among them. Capt. Ashton, and JJ did a great job talking about the rays, and Fred took some great photos! The other 2 snorkeling stops were great, but almost seem anti-climactic compared to the stingrays. I will say Capt. Ashton was terrific about finding good spots where the only crowds were fish, not people! Highly recommend this tour and this operator!

5.00Great crew on this boat ride. They seem to really enjoy what they’re doing. It was organized well and all of the stops were great. We got to feed a stingray and basically get to first base with it. I could have stayed on the reef and coral garden longer. But that’s me. I’m always the last one in on the boat. We saw a tortoise at the reef. That was pretty dang great.

5.00The crew makes this a safe and really fun experience. Captain Marvin’s is a great choice if you are looking for a really great way to see stingray city. Even small children can have a fun time. I would definitely recommend this tour!

5.00This was our third time booking with Captain Marvin, and it’s become a Grand Cayman tradition for our family. The crew is passionate about the island and makes interacting with the stingrays easy and stress-free. We’ve come as a couple, with an infant, and now with two school-age kids, and felt right at home every time. Everything you need is provided, the boat has shaded areas, and they take great photos you can purchase after the tour. We even forgot sunscreen, and the crew was kind enough to lend us some.

5.00My husband and I had the pleasure of taking the stingray city and 2 snorkel stop tour. Our first stop was at stingray city. The captain and the crew made every effort to make this memorable. We arrived early so it was not overcrowded. The crew gathered us together in groups and brought a large stingray to us . At this point, they explained the type of stingray, the anatomy of stingrays and how they ingested food back. Each of us was given an opportunity to interact by touching with these magnificent creatures. A photographer took pictures, but there was no pressure to buy the pictures.
