    Good hike, miss represented the start time said 8 AM but did not pick up until 8:30 AM and started the dive to the hike just after 9AM from the port. Otherwise a enjoyable hike if you’re fit

    Make sure you’re hydrated before and during. Stretch before and after to save yourself from a lot of soreness. Tougher than I expected but i would never take it back just to see that view at the top our guide jay was easy going young guy pretty knowledgeable for his age 👍

    An amazing experience but it’s a difficult hike for sure. Would highly recommend but just be prepared for lots of cardio and sweating and upper body work also. My legs were hurting for a couple of days after. Guides provided us with Gatorade, water and chips but you should also bring your own bottle of cold water in a light backpack.

    Great hike, steep terrain, muddy and lots of roots and rocks. If you're a casual hiker, and don't want to slow down the frpup- this is not for you. Guides were outstanding, though the trail is well marked.

    It was a very challenging hike! Like stop and catch your breath every 20 minutes and take fuel with you…protein bar and Gatorade!! We do not hike often so it was hard, but great feeling when we finished! Jay the guide was so smart and great! If you are looking for a challenge this is it! .

    This hike kicked my butt and I am so glad I did it. It is a challenge and be prepared to get dirty, but the guides will meet you where you are and were completely supportive of our group and our variety of skill sets. You will feel amazing afterwards. I did!

    Challenging, like other reviews say. View and hike is worth it. Guides were great about stopping periodically, keeping and eye on people and encouraging them. Be realistic about whether you can do a rigorous hike. Slippery, lots of rocks and roots and steep sections, but totally doable if you're in decent shape.

    Was a great experience and a tough hike up the Mountain. The View of the inside of the Volcano waa rellay nice! We got Water/Gatorade and some Chips for the Tour from our local Guides 👍
