  This was a magic experience! I highly recommend for anyone who is interested. It is definitely a strenuous hike but our guides where very motivational. They provided water, gatorades, and snacks! Everyone was upbeat and laughing the whole trip. The vibes were immaculate and the views were even better. Jay and Jalen were so wonderful as our guides and I would book with them again in a heartbeat. Jay was an exception photographer for me and my fiance as well!! In fact I think we will be using some of the photos he took on our wedding invites! 10 out of 10

  Amazing but very difficult hike. Really happy we did it to the end. Be prepared, it’s not the easy hike you are used to do. It will make you sweat a bucket of water.

  The hike/climb itself was challenging hence the difficult grade! There are 4 stages and each one was unique, stage 2 was the hardest and longest but knowing you're halfway there helped motive you to finish. Our guide, Jay, was friendly and would stop if asked, otherwise he just kept moving. Now the disappointing part, we finished at 1:45pm and were told the driver would be waiting for us when we finished. We waited 45 minutes before pushing Jay to get some answers as our cruise was leaving at 4pm. After the 3rd phone call to the driver, who said he was close by (another 20 minutes waiting) I told Jay to call his boss for options. There weren't any and it's now close 2:50pm. We (4of us) decided to walk down the dirt road to the main road and see about waiving down a taxi. The driver finally showed up, drove like an Indy car driver to the port where we were dropped off at 3:30pm. We still had a ten minute walk back to the ship and had to jog, yes after strenuous 4 hour hike. While we made it back in time (10 minutes to spare) it was a very stressful and for that reason I would say choose another company as management did nothing to solve the driver issue.

  This was a memorable hike that may be strenuous at times but as well worth it for the views and fun. J and Gucci were awesome guides and make sure no one got hurt and everybody made it to the top. If you are in good shape and don’t wanna hit the gym for a day. I recommended it highly.

  

  

  

• Be ready to pant!

  The hike is at a rigorous pace (to get you back to your ship on time!) and one where you will have to watch your step, get down on your knees to navigate steep tree root “steps” and mossy rocks. Our guide, Jay, kept an eye on everyone while pushing us forward to make sure we were on time. (We got back an hour earlier than when we told him we had to…which was two hours before the ship left!) This is a strenuous hike not only because of the pace and altitude, but also because it’s a muddy, slippery, tropical environment. Almost all of the time you’ll be in tree coverage. Lots of climbing and scrambling!

  This hike is a must do if you are physically in shape. I have done many hikes including Alaska but this one is strenuous. Your breathing will be tested, Heart rate, will power, your legs will be sore and you will be exhausted at the end but it will be worth it! It’s a very difficult hike you get on all fours you are climbing up rocks and it is not for the weak. Proceed with caution. My friend and I went back and forth based on reviews. We were in port on a cruise so our time was limited. If you do this make sure you have ample time. We completed in 3:30Hrs because we stopped to do a few things because our car was late and we knew that on our way back. Many vines and roots so beware, protect your ankles. We were able to do it in sneakers although we packed hiking boots. JEY was amazing and calm and we felt at ease.

  They changed the meeting time and we felt rushed and did not have time to complete the hike. The transportation was a small car that smelled of weed and cigarettes. Three adults in a back seat meant for 2 there was not room to breath. They did not have enough water for everyone. We were handed off from man to man 4 times and it made us very uncomfortable. That being said they did get us back to the ship on time.

  Jay and Fully were awesome guides, beautiful view at the top. The guides gave plenty of time for breaks and were super encouraging - it’s a tough hike but well worth it! Ensured we made it back to the port in good time Highly recommend.

• 5 mile treacherous hike

  This is NOT a leisurely hike! This is a very long 5 mile intense hike including climbing through narrow rocky terrain on all fours! Other reviews play the difficulty down. My husband and I hike and are fit & we did fine. But our guide gave very little information about the hike. I don’t know if he was either not knowledgeable or did not attempt to provide any information about what we were seeing. The area was a beautiful dense tropical forest. Our guides were quiet most of the time unless we asked a question. We had two guides, one in the front and one in the back they did not warn us of low hanging trees difficult areas. We had two minor injuries on the hike and the guide said he forgot first aid kit. We were lucky that no one else was injured more seriously. The guides were ill equipped. To top it all off when we got to the peak it was completely cloudy so there was no view. But at that point, I was more worried about our safety getting back down the trail.

• Operator canceled with less than 24 hours notice

  The operator canceled my trip the night before I was supposed to go--which ruined both my evening (which I had to spend researching new options at the last minute) and my visit to St. Kitts (as I was unable to book elsewhere with such little notice). The operator obviously knows that last minute cancellations are a headache--which is why they don't allow you to cancel within 24 hours. So, it's maddening that they do the exact same thing to customers.
