  We had Sheldan as our tour guide! He was friendly, prompt, a very knowledgeable about the island! He is a very skilled driver! We truly had the best experience with Sheldan as he stopped along all the great points on the island to give us various photo opportunities and time to see each sight! He led us to a fantastic place for lunch which was delicious! I would highly recommend this tour and if you get Sheldan, then good for you as you will not be disappointed!!

  We had a fantastic day with our private guide Adbear! He made us feel special. Took great photographs for us at each stop. Had the perfect spot for lunch. And is a great driver on the curvy roads. He took his time when I started feeling a little sick

  This was a cool private island tour. Basically had a private driver for the day who took us all around the island, stopping to sample local drinks (spiced rum), local chocolate, to take pictures by the landmarks like the Pitons and several scenic overviews. We also did the mudbaths and waterfall swim. Our driver was quick, got us around timely, and even made time to drop us off at the Castries market to do some shopping. This was a cheaper option than the big group tours, quicker, with more flexibility.

  Communication was great from the start, with instant WhatsApp and email confirmation, giving you the option to select your start time and plan your itinerary. We were picked up by John on time at 7:30am from our hotel in Rodney Bay. We wanted to set off early to try and avoid the cruise ship crowds and this was a great decision! We started off with a long, almost 2 hour drive down to Soufriere, stopping off en route to taste some local liqueurs and take some photos at viewpoints. The minibus was spacious and comfortable and cool soft drinks/beers were included. We first stopped at Hotel Chocolat Rabot Estate, which is something I wanted to see but not especially spend $120 on for a separate tour! This is worthwhile if you just want to see the grounds and visit the shop, although the prices were far higher than in London. We then went to the mud baths, which are a little underwhelming if you've been to others before (such as Dalyan in Turkey). We then went onto Toraille Waterfall, which is tiny, I dread to think how packed it is after 10am, very refreshing though! We had a lovely drive through some local villages with a few more photo stops and then began the long drive back. Note that there is ALWAYS traffic in St Lucia and driving across the island means a lot of hairpin bends and steep hills, something to be mindful of if you get car sick. John stopped off at Point Seraphine so I could get some locals beers from the Antillian Brewery and we arrived back to our hotel just after 2pm. All in all, it's a great way to see the island and John was lovely and knowledgeable, just be prepared to spend most of the day in the car!

  We had a fun day at St. Lucia with Shelton. The mud bath and waterfall was a cool experience. We were back to our ship with plenty of time to spare.

  John was our driver/guide for the day. He skillfully got us to the Sulphur Mud Springs before the crowds arrived. John had our best interests as he constantly was looking out to make sure we were safe at all times. He’s extremely knowledgeable and personable. John also took great photos of us during the tour, great photographer. Highly recommend requesting him to be your guide.

  We had an excellent tour with Xceptional Tours on January 23, 2026, and I can honestly say it exceeded our expectations. Our guide and driver, Lennon, was outstanding—very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was right on time, which we really appreciated, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Everything was well organized, and Lennon went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had a great time. I would highly recommend Xceptional Tours to anyone looking for a high-quality tour experience. We would definitely book with them again!
