  We booked a private tour direct with the company six months prior to our arrival, and then had follow up emails confirming our tour. When we arrived at the port they had no record of our booking. They were unable to find a driver for us, and told us to find a taxi tour. Our booking completely slipped through the cracks. We wasted over two hours to end up taking a sub par taxi tour. Be warned - even if you’re booked, you may not be!

  10/10 would recommend! This is one of the best tours I’ve ever been on. It allowed time to stop and visit the beaches and provided lots of history of the island. Our tour guide, Sean, was the best!!!

  This tour is absolutely amazing. We were picked up at our hotel and shown both sides the amazing Island. All stops were long enough to see the destination and the tour guide Shawn was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Would highly recommend this tour!!

  I was the only one on this tour, and I was concerned that they would cancel it. Not only did they not cancel, but I was treated like a VIP by my tour guide, Simanie Andre! He even added a stop for me so I could get French pastries!!! Simanie was very personal and professional, and I learned so much about Saint Martin/Sint Maarten!!

  A little wait for pick up but this was due to traffic. Guide very knowledgeable and showed us a lot of places of interest. Adapted to our requirements and supplied drinks. Rum punch delicious

  We did not get the tour that we signed up for. I specifically booked this tour, the "best prime" tour because I wanted to spend some time at the 2 beaches, as indicated in the itinerary. I didn't want to spend all day crammed in a van, stopping at a bunch of places for only a few minutes each, but that's exactly what happened. Departure: First off, we arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time only to have to wait 45 minutes for other people to arrive. Shawn had a placard with my name and one other, then another for a different tour company with four names on it. He said we were with him and the other four parties were with another tour. After waiting for over 45 minutes, we were joined by 2-3 other parties, none of which was the other name that was supposedly in our group. Ok, I get it. Consolidate. We finally get moving and the tour starts. Tour: We didn't follow the sequence of stops, as set in the itinerary, but that's not a big deal. However, we made a stop that was not on the itinerary, but was nice, but we stayed too long and had to wait for the family with kids. Then, the "iguana park", which is just a roadside stand and some iguanas in the bushes, but I'm OK with that quick stop, as it fit the plan. Finally, we make it to Orient Bay, but he gives us only 45 minutes. We try to make the most of it and rush back to the van on time, only to have to wait for the family...again. We head to some shops in Marigot, which I did not want to do, was not on the itinerary, and was a total waste of time with all the traffic. The stop at Ft. Louis was nice, and the views are great. On the way to Maho Beach, now, with another stop for a scenic view. At the beach, we get, again, 45 minutes only, followed by more waiting to get everyone on the van. Then, we stop to see some other beach down the way, since it's supposedly so beautiful, but it's not really anything special and was another waste of time and more waiting for everyone to get back on the van. We might've stopped somewhere else, but I just was done with the tour and couldn't wait to get back to the port. We got back to the port with plenty of time to board, which seemed to be a concern for the passengers, and tour guide, although, if it were that much of a concern, they should've showed up on time for the tour to start with. Tour Guide: Shawn was a great tour guide. He was fun, engaging, and informative, but that couldn't erase the delayed start and unexpected itinerary for me. I told him this was not the tour I was expecting and why, and he apologized and said that he was doing what the boss told him to do. Now, if all the stops I mentioned are what you want to see and do, then go with one of the less expensive tour companies, which all seem to do the same stops, not this overpriced "best prime" tour, which was no different.

  I was the only one in this tour. Shawn was my guide and he did show me everything as mentioned in the tour. He helped me snapped great pictures and gave me great restaurants recommendation. There were sufficient time to do everything and since we were ahead of time, he even brought me to Mullet Bay Beach which was unscheduled for a few minutes. I strongly recommend this tour and will be with my wife when there is another opportunity to visit Sint Marteen!
