  Enjoyable relaxing trip to see how the area is out of the old town, all amenities available on the boat and the guide responded to questions put to him.

  This is a lovely relaxing cruise. We sat outside and as it was cold, there was covers available to keep us warm. We enjoyed just seeing all the beautiful landscape and houses as we listened to the clear and informative history of the islands. The time went quickly. The waters were so calm. With it being April, it wasn't too busy and as most people preferred to be inside. So we enjoyed the peacefulness of the islands.

  Overall good experience. Smooth ride with friendly staff. Limited comfortable seating unless you had the brunch service. Tour guide was more interested in telling us about the famous people that owned the houses on the islands than anything else. We preferred when it was quiet. The scenery made for a wonderful time.

  It was very easy to book and very easy to find the departure point. We went on a 2.5 hour trip to the archipelago and we went as far as waxholm and circumnavigated the citadel there. The guide was very informative and spoke fabulous English and not 'in your face'. We felt it was extremely good value for money as it worked out about £26 each. The ship, Waxholm 2, was very comfortable and quiet considering it's age and there was a cafe on board as well as the opportunity to have a full meal. All in all very good value

  We had a great time. We learned so much about Stockholm. The workers on the boat were super nice and the boat was quite comfortable

  I arrive at the event at 2 pm for a 2 pm booking. Full disclosure I was late for the 15 mins before check in. I called multiple times to try and tell them I was late but the operator never picked up. When I got there at 2pm on the dot the vessel operator and tour guide saw me and told me they couldn't take me which I understood. I reached out and called for a reschedule and was told they will reach out in a few hours. That was a day ago and nothing. I am sure it was wonderful but they weren't very but the lack of communication was disheartening. I will try to book with another company.
