1.00Do not use this company. Driver did not show up. Very poor customer service, not helpful at all. We even asked the help of a port authority staff to find out pre-booked taxi but the driver was nowhere to be found.

1.00IT'S A THEFT!! I requested to change the pickup time more than 26 hours in advance and they copied me on the email, sent by customere care. They responded to me that there was less than 24 hours left and that they couldn't do anything, due to local time. I sent them my cell phone screens with the local time in Stockholm, and I had more than 26 hours notice!!! Below are the email and WhatsApp conversations. DO NOT HIRE VIATOR SERVICES.

5.00We had a very good experiene. I would recommend this for a hastle free way to get to your hotel. The taxi line was very long so we avoided that as our driver was right there.
