For your own safety, explorers on this activity must be able to safely navigate backward through a 12-step ladder (handrails available).
For your own safety, the minimum required height is 3ft and 4 years old, for children
Children are considered from 4 years to 16 years. No infants allowed ( babies to 3 years old)
All participants must pay a ticket and all the children must be always with an adult.
Pregnant, without previous complications, can carry out the activity up to the 6th month of pregnancy.
Access in a bathing suit and / or barefoot is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Only 1 personal item like a purse or small handbag is allowed, and it must fit in your lap. Dimensions should not exceed 18 x 14 x 8 inches
Additionally, a 13 USD Marine Park fee must be paid by person.
Additional services have an extra cost (photos or souvenirs).
Tour operation subject to permissible weather conditions.
Atlantis Submarines Cozumel reserves the right to refuse admission in case of adverse conditions for the safety of our passengers.
If you do not follow and / or do not comply with the indicated safety instructions, you will not be allowed to continue with the activity and refund does not apply in this situation.

Make your check in at our facilities 30 minutes before your departure time. First you are going to seat just a little at the departure lounge, then we invite you to watch a intro video,. And you are going to aboard our passenger boat that will take you to the dive site.

It´s time for the dive by the submarine Atlantis XII. During the adventure, you'll dive to a depth of over 30 meters and tour the spectacular natural scenery of the Chankanaab Reef, part of the Mesoamerican Reef System, one of the largest living structures on the planet. You'll also visit Cozumel's famous "wall," with a 600-meter drop that delimits the island. Finally, you'll see the largest sunken ship in the area, the Felipe Xicoténcatl, which will enrich the life of this Protected Natural Area, with the goal of preserving it for future generations.

5.00Our cruise ship arrived late into Port and the company went above and beyond making sure they could fit us into a day that was already full of bookings. The staff was absolutely outstanding and so knowledgeable about everything we saw once we got onto the submarine. They went over all safety regulations, which we didn’t need, thank goodness! Overall, it was a great way to see the coral reefs and the underwater sea life in Cozumel, without having to scuba, dive or go snorkeling, which our son doesn’t enjoy. The lady who led the group tour, I think her name was Veronica, was so funny and full of joy. We would recommend this to anyone who wants to see the under sea life in Cozumel.

4.00It is a good experience, as it is a submarine, it is quiet, it is good for the family and very safe. You see a variety of fish, a boat. The people who explain and charge you excellent. The girl doing the tour is also extremely friendly.

5.00We arrived on the MSC Grandiosa and it was an easy 5 minute walk to their dock. We booked a 10:30 trip, but their final email changed the time to 10:15 and told us to arrive 40 minutes early. We arrived at 9:25 and they moved us to the 9:30 trip that was just departing, so we were happy to avoid an hour wait. Staff was very friendly and gave instructions in both Spanish and English. Short ride out to the submarine and easy to climb down the ladder into the sub. The total time under water was about 45 minutes and Veronica was a good narrator throughout the trip. Felt safe in the boat and since it was pressurized, nobody had issues with their ears. There were not a lot of fish except when we got by the drop-off. Coral formations were not really remarkable. We did enjoy the trip and would recommend to anyone wanting to try something different.

5.00Well worth your money. My mom and I can’t swim but still wanted to see the marine life, so this was our best bet! Be aware that your ship time and Cozumel’s time may be different and plan to arrive at Cozumel’s time at least 30 minutes ahead of the time you scheduled the trip. We totally messed that one up but the staff were gracious enough to allow us admission to an opening at a later time the same day. We had some rain the day we went but the show went on. The boat to take us out to the submarine had nice covers to keep us dry. Safety was well maintained and the crew were so fun and informative. We loved getting to see the marine life and highly recommend this excursion.

5.00For those that want a chance to see what it looks like 100’ deep, this is a great opportunity and experience. We saw a number of marine life and formations that we would not have had a chance to otherwise. The staff was courteous., friendly, informative and did a great job. Highly recommend.

1.00Had a tour going off at 9:30. Got there at 9:30 and he said the boat already left....no refunds...THEY JUST STOLE MY 220 BUCKS
