4.00Don't go too hungry. Miss Mary rations out the creole lunch. It would be far better if they were to charge a few dollars more and not scrimp on the portions. The drive, tour, sulfur springs and waterfall were all fine.

5.00Great combination of a tour around the island, mud hot springs, waterfall and a lovely Creole lunch. We enjoyed the day. It took a little time to get picked up at the port, but otherwise things went well.

3.00The natural features on this tour were 5/5 but the tour guide aspect and transportation fell short of my expectations. When I read the reviews of this tour, previous visitors spoke in glowing terms of how they enjoyed their tour and spoke specifically about guide and that he seemed so knowledgeable. That was not our experience. We drove for the first part of the trip (approx 2hrs 30mins without a guide). When we picked him up he was pleasant but didn’t tell us anything about the island. He seemed more like someone to grant us access to the features (had our passes) and take photos for us and that was it. I was sorely disappointed as I was looking forward to learning more about St Lucia on the drive to and from the springs and waterfall. The driver for our vehicle tried his best but is clearly not a trained tour guide so even when he tried to interject during the trip it wasn’t with any useful information. Additionally the vehicle lacked air conditioning and with the long winding roads it made for a somewhat rustic and uncomfortable drive. So while I enjoyed the dip in the sulphur pool and the waterfall experience, I would’ve expected more to be done to have consistency of experience for all persons who sign up to take this tour.

5.00Our tour guide was so informative. Each of our stops were a fun experience. We wish our cruise line hadn’t messed up and got us to the island 2 hours late but so thankful that Treasure tours waited for us all and still gave us an experience of their island. I lost my wallet on the bus also at the end of the tour and didn’t realize till the next day. They went above and beyond and found my wallet and are mailing it to me. I would definitely recommend this tour company.

3.00The st lucia country is beautiful, the mountains are magnificent and the food served was tasty. The bus however, was not clean, it smelt horrible and there was very little information provided by the tour. The bus driver could do better. The ride could have been more pleasant with a different vehicle and driver.

5.00Charkar of Treasure Tours was fantastic. She went above and beyond and very much enjoyed our time with her. She painted us with the black minerals and took many pictures of us with the mud and in the waterfall. Great memories due to Charkar!!!

4.00Great experience, good value for money.Loved the mud Bath and the waterfall was fun , we were lucky to be there briefly on our own. All three drivers we had were brilliant but it made it a bit fragmented hence just a good. Enjoyed lunch too.

3.00It's about a 2 hour ride to the springs with photo op stops along the way/ about 1:30 back if you're lucky enough to miss rush hour. You spend most of the trip in the van. The mud bath and waterfall were both great experiences and I would recommend going there, but didn't realize we would be in the car for 4 hours to spend 20-30 minutes at the 2 main stops. Lunch was pretty good with Carribean flavors. Be sure to ask the driver to stop for bananas, as they are so sweet and delicious! Though our tour guide was really nice and took great pictures for everyone and guided us through our stops, he didn't do anything to make the long trip interesting. He didn't share any island history or other information with us unless prompted, but the answers were not worth anything. I asked if the island had agriculture and his answer was a simple "Yes."... nothing else! He didn't make any effort as you would expect a tour guide to do. He and the driver spoke in Creole to each other the whole time, and at one point our guide took a nap while we were on our way to the springs! It was a very quiet ride with the same 3 Bob Marley songs on repeat (remember how I mentioned we were in the van for 4 hours?) No effort to connect with us, or to connect us with our fellow tourists.
