Welcome to our Mixed-Level Sunrise Yoga Class. Every class begins with a focus on the breath, helping you establish a strong foundation for your practice. The core of our class consists of a balanced sequence of asanas (yoga postures) that incorporate modifications and variations suitable for all levels. Your Instructor pays special attention to proper alignment and offers gentle adjustments, ensuring that everyone practices safely and effectively. You'll receive guidance to help you find your edge in each pose, regardless of your level. Mixed-level classes are a great opportunity to work on building strength and increasing flexibility. Your Instructor adapts each class to meet the specific needs and interests of the participants, ensuring that every session is a new and enriching experience. 5.00I had a wonderful experience with Ayush Sunrise Yoga. Ayush is a very sensitive and attentive yoga teacher who really cares about what each student needs. He observes carefully and adjusts the practice so that everyone can get the most out of the session. The classes are very small, which creates a calm and personal atmosphere and allows you to receive individual attention. This makes a big difference and helps deepen the practice. The location is also perfect — right in the center, yet quiet and peaceful, which makes it an ideal place to start the day. I especially loved having daily yoga sessions there. It became a beautiful and grounding part of my time in Varanasi. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic and mindful yoga. 🧘♀️✨

5.00While in Varanasi, I took some classes with Ayush at sunrise on a roof terrace in the old neighborhood. Ayush is an excellent teacher, who adapts to all levels, so beginners are not lost and ill offers more challenging variations for accustomed practitioners. He cares about our physical condition before class and adapts his course according to it. Very considerate, he is a humble teacher who has a very good level. I will return without hesitation during my next stay. Thank you Ayush 🙏🏽

5.00Sunrise yoga with Ayush is the best way to start your day! We did daily classes in Varanasi and enjoyed learning with Ayush. He is knowledgeable and very kind. Ayush meets you where you are at and at any level. We enjoyed our classes so much that we continue with classes online. We so enjoy meeting with Ayush once a week from our home.

5.00Good Hatha yoga session at 6;30am. Rooftop views, nice facilities, good teacher. He pushed us but did not overdo things. Would recommend

5.00Had a fantastic experience taking a sunrise yoga class with Ayush! He contacted me in advance, acquired about my level and experience and the class to my requests. also went out of his way to pick me up and drop me off at my hotel and given me a memorable ride through the narrow streets of Varanasi, leading to a perfect spot to practice yoga on a rooftop facing the sunrise over the Ganga river. From now on, when I do Surya Namaskar, this will be the memory I would always come back to. I’m so grateful to Ayush for this experience 🙏🕉️🧘♂️ Just check your expectations at the door and let Ayush guide you through your practice. I’m sure this will be a memory you will cherish for a long time.

5.00On the roof terrace you had a beautiful view over the Ganges and Ayush was a very good yoga teacher! He tries to help everyone to do the exercises properly! I even almost got a headstand!

5.00We joined an early sunrise yoga program with Ayush and had an amazing experience. We felt calm and at peace during the session, which wasn’t easy to find in Varanasi. But luckily, we found this opportunity to enjoy a quiet moment in the city.
One of the best yoga classes ever done!

5.00Thank you so much Ayush for this wonderful experience. A private yoga class on a rooftop overlooking the River Ganges. Ayush is a fantastic teacher, customize the lesson based on your requests and your level. It is a super recommended experience for both those who have already practiced yoga and for a Beginner. An activity to do if you are in Varanasi:) and Ayushu is the best teacher to turn to Super recommended :)
