Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)
There is a maximum capacity of seven (7) people per helicopter, plus your pilot.
Per FAA Regulations, original government issued photo ID such as a REAL-ID compliant driver's license or a valid passport is required for all travelers over the age of 18. Photocopies or digital IDs are not accepted. Any guest arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation.
Due to uneven terrain at the Grand Canyon, wheelchairs are not able to be accommodated.
Helicopter seating is based on legal weight & balance limits and will be assigned after check-in. Maverick Helicopters does not guarantee seating next to or in the same row of the rest of the party.”

5.00We did the Wind Dancer Sunset tour for our last night in Nevada. It was absolutely spectacular!! We flew over Hoover Dam and Lake Mead, the Mojave Desert, and then landed on a plateau within the Grand Canyon! Champagne and snacks were so fun. It was a once in a lifetime experience. And our pilot was friendly and professional. The helicopters were comfortable and the window views were perfect. Flying back to Vegas as the sun set was perfection. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

5.00The Maverick Sunset Tour is fabulous. If you are in Vegas and interested in Grand Canyon and flight over the city you have to take this tour. It was wonderful! Our guide was fantastic and full of knowledge, we stopped at a wonderful spot to explore and have snacks at a picnic table in the canyon. You have to take this tour - - it's a great experience.
Unbelievable. If you get the chance, take it.

5.00Unbelievable experience. It was expensive for a family of 4 over the holiday period, but it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime event. The organisation was smooth, the pilot (and all other staff) were great - but it is the experience itself that leaves you breathless. Our 20yo and 24yo "did not fancy it" beforehand - but they were so happy they did it.

5.00Great experience! This is the 2nd experience we have had with Maverick. Both Hawaii and now the Grand Canyon. Incredible views, good group of people. Definitely recommend to others.

5.00I've done a lot of fun stuff in my life. I mean a LOT! This helicopter tour, beyond a doubt, is the most fun thing I've ever done. The entire experience was perfect. The shuttle, the check in, our incredible pilot Nick, all perfect. We sat in the back seat on the way to the Grand Canyon, great views because there are side windows like a car. After we landed, the pilot let us change to the front seat and that view was incredible. There really are no words to describe this experience. You're just gonna' have to find out yourself. And you should!!!

5.00An utterly fantastic experience given by Maverick Helicopters. Booking was easy from the UK and the communication by Maverick was informative and detailed. Maverick gave reminders via email and test, and on the one occasion I called them, my query was quickly dealt with. Maverick provided transfers from/return to hotel in a luxury mini-bus and the check-in at the helo-port was easy to navigate. A shout out for our pilot (Bryse) who was so welcoming at the initial safety brief and throughout the trip was friendly and supplemented the in-flight audio system. 45 mins on the ground was in the Canyon was a life experience not to be forgotten, and the champagne offered was so surreal given our location. Bryse gave us all an opportunity to sit the front of the helicopter but every seat offered quality views, including the Hoover Dam and over Las Vegas. If I am ever asked ..................... Maverick Helicopters are the ONLY company I would use for such an experience.
