Experience the remarkable crystalized pastel colours of Lapland, amazing, breath-taking and vibrant. An experience made quintessential when coupled with a fantastically strong, cuddly and beautiful team of 12-14 Alaskan Huskies. A morning never to be forgotten! You share a sled that seats 4 people and will be able to relax and absorb the magnificent wilderness. If you are lucky you will be able to see a Moose or some Reindeer on your tour. You will sit and be driven by one of our experienced guides, only to sit and enjoy the ride. Afterwards, you will be able to treat your lovely husky team with a chunk of meat, their favourite winter snack. Our Sled Dog Kennel is approx 17km outside the main tourist centre of Kiruna. Away from all other companies. We will collect you free of charge and bring you to get changed into our warm clothes before taking you into the very dark Poikkijärvi Woods. As part of the experience, if you wish you can help ready the dogs and help secure them after your tour. Then we proceed to our cosy fire hut where you can enjoy a warm drink and a lovely snack over the open wood fire. An experience not to be missed. PLEASE NOTE: WE NEED TO KNOW YOUR BODYWEIGHT

5.00A very special experience - with a great guide and dogs that are real power packs and super friendly and trusting. The route was beautiful - through deep snowy forest and over open spaces into the sunset. Warmly packed, because at - 25 degrees only many layers of clothing help. At the end, we sat comfortably around the fire and chatted over a hot drink and warmed up again. When leashing the dogs you are allowed to help if you like and petting sessions in between are always gladly taken. Warm clothes are provided, but you should already have your own warm layers underneath.

4.00Bumps were a bit unexpected :) the dogs were extremely sweet and our driver was great. Hot chocolate and biscuits yummy afterwards. Overall a unique experience and a must do

5.00Our family (wife, daughters from 6 and 9 and myself) enjoyed this tour a lot. A warm welcome by the guides, very very friendly dogs, a beautiful scenary and a closing with a warm cup of tea, coffee or chocolate milk made this a trip to never forget. You could see the dogs are treated very well and love to pull the sleigh.

5.00The staff have been very responsive. I went on a lot of tours, but the activities were more than worth the price. The best part is that you can enjoy it with your kids. The kids were so happy with the dog sled tour. I would love to participate again.

5.00Great experience with knowledgeable guides. The dogs were super sweet and were treated well and we made a nice trip with the sled in lovely warm clothes. There was an eye for a dog that would not lead; she was given a place behind it so that she could take it easy. After the trip, we gave the Huskies a treat and got hot drinks.
