We focus on small groups.
In this small group family friendly ATV Quad tour from Reykjavik we are like worlds away but still so close. If you like to feel the Nature on your own skin on ATV Quad then this is the tour for you. In this tour you can go Single Ride or Double Ride. Double Ride is the standard rate and that means two people are on each quad. You can select "Single Ride" in the booking progress and pay a little extra if you dont want to share the Quad and go single ride to the tour.
We pick up from all hotels in the Reykjavik area if it is possible. But note that the Reykjavik city has made a non pickup zones for tourist in the downtown so we pick up from special tourists bus stops over there. The nearest Tourists Bus stop is usually not far away.
If you decide to meet us at the meeting point our basecamp is only 20 minutes drive from downtown Reykjavik.

Drivers need full drivers license to drive the ATV´s. Passenger can be from 6 years old.
A maximum of 8 people per booking if everyone has a partner or 4 people if all single drivers
Children must be accompanied by an adult
Please note that pickups from some hotels in Down town Reykjavik are not allowed as there are no pickup zone by the government. Next Bus stop is typically in a 2-5 minute walk from your hotel. To choose the next bus stop: Search bus stops in Reykjavik Search the closest to your hotel & select the one nearest. If you don't know your pickup location please send us an email and we can help you. Pick-up starts 30 minutes before the departure time. Be ready at 10:00, 13:30, 17.30 or 20.30, depending on your booking. The pick-up process can take up to 30 minutes.
In the wintertime we recommend to wear all your layers, warm shoes and socks, have handwarmers and footwarmers and scarf or good buff for your neck. It can be cold on the Quads.

Following a pickup at your Reykjavik hotel, meet your guide and take the 15-minute journey to the quad biking base outside the city. On arrival, listen to a safety briefing and pull on your helmet, then hop onto your quad bike and head into the countryside with your guide. We will drive the ATV´s to the Lake Hafravatn to have a short Kodak moment and perhaps look at some Horses the bird Lagopus/Ptarmigan and even some Arctic Foxes that sometimes show up to look at the birds on the way up to the Hafrafell mountain. There you will enjoy an amazing view of Reykjavik, Mosfellsbær and other towns from high in the hills and there, you can see the lava that came out of the volcano very close to Hafnafjordur many years ago and perhaps a sign of the ash and smoke from the active Volcano in Geldingadalur in Reykjanes peninsula. Then after all the fresh air from the montain we return to base for the onward journey back to your Reykjavik hotel. Activity last about 2,5 hour with pickup and return.

Great way to see the Icelandic country side

5.00We had such a great time! Bjornwin( I probably spelled his name wrong) was so great. We had a blast! Got to be outside seeing the beautiful Icelandic scenery and had a great time riding the ATVs. This was one of our favorite tours here. If you are like me and my husband and hate being stuck on a cramped tour bus for 8 hours and love adventure, than this tour is for you.

5.00Everything was absolutely incredible! The routes and scenery were breathtaking and Mr Bjorgvin was incredible as an instructor and a tour guide. He gave us the history of the viewpoints we visited, and took us on some insane routes! The gear and equipment was top quality, and so were the ATVs. Also he offered us refreshments and snacks after which was a lovely touch! Absolutely loved it and would recommend it to everyone!

5.00Not only did we see the Northern Lights but they were the best this year! It was an amazing experience and our patience paid off. Though it was extremely windy, we got our helmets, gloves and suits that protected us from the nights extreme condition. Highly recommend! So worth seeing this beautiful phenomenon!
