Our 2-hour group lesson is perfect for those who want to try surfing for the first time, as well as those who want to improve their technique. IT is not necessary to know how to swim since chest height as deepest,you will be accompanied and guided by trained instructors. Come with your family or friends!! kids less 10 yo and seniors over 50 yo,will need to book a private class to take care of every detail and ensure the best experience in terms of results and safety.
In our class, you will learn the basics of surfing and safety, reading the water, waves and currents, training the technique on land, and then you will go into the water.We recommend that IT be one of the first activities you do, as surfing requires energy, enthusiasm, and a rested body to enjoy it to the fullest!
After the lesson, Just relax in our beach chairs and umbrellas!

Live surfing to the fullest!! Our 2 - hour group lesson + beach day is perfect for those who want to try surfing for the first time, as well as for those who want to improve their technique. Suitable for ages 6 and up, with NO age limit! Based on reservations, there can be 1 to 3 students per instructor, although in the case of children under 10 years old and adults over 50 years old, we recommend booking a private class to take care of every detail and ensure the best experience in terms of results and safety. In our class, you will learn the basic concepts of surfing, reading the sea, and the techniques necessary for quick progress. The lesson schedule is based on the tides, so get in touch with us!! INCLUDE EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO ENJOY IT TO THE MAX!!! - Instructor -Surfboard, you can keep using IT after the class! Rushguard - Sunscreen, in case you forget Theory. - Fresh water - Access to our beach chairs and umbrellas to relax in front of the ocean before and after surfing! 5.00We were two young adult beginner surfers (had never surfed before), and we had a GREAT and SUCCESSFUL experience. The intro to the board and basic technique was clear and efficient, allowing us to spend plenty of time in the water. There was a great emphasis on safety, with a a brief warm up/stretching session, zinc face sunscreen, water, and rash guards provided. The team was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend aloha Josi for surf lessons or lounge chair/surfboard rentals!

5.00We had the best time with Josh and his team for our first ever surf lesson! We appreciated the fact that he taught us some of the psychology behind surfing before we even got into the water. I believe this helped us once we got a little wet. My wife and I both successfully caught some waves! This was a great introduction and made us both want to continue trying to practice and learn more! I highly recommend this experience and will always remember it! Thanks again to the team for a job well done!

5.00The guys at Aloha Josi Surf school are nothing short of amazing!! They really make sure to accommodate to your needs, and the communication is amazing! if you need a break, they work one in. If you want to push yourself harder, they got you. If the board is in the right fit for you, they'll find you a different size that works better for you. I couldn't have asked for better instructors as a first timer!

5.00These guys were great!! My husband and teenage/adult children took lessons. They sat them down and taught them all the basics and safety information. Had everyone stretch and get ready to go! They had a blast in the water and everyone was up in the first 15 minutes!! I excellent half day activity! And mom can watch from the comfy shaded beach chairs or go down and take pictures!

5.00Joshua was a very friendly and helpful instructor. He took his time explaining and demonstrating the techniques on how to get up on the board for surfing. He gave us two techniques on how to get up on the board on land that lead to our success in the water during surfing. The other instructor Denis was also great in encouraging two 60 year old men how to surf. Loved our experience at Aloha JoSi Surf School.

5.00The team there is incredible! Both English and Spanish was spoken. We were able to book same day and the communication via whatsapp before was very helpful! The set up on the beach was a nice popup tent with bag storage, bottle water, umbrellas, lounge chairs, hats and sunscreen. Definitely not a pro but the one on one teaching was the highlight. Thanks guys!

5.00My sister and I loved it. Was the best activity we’ve done so far. So much fun. All the workers were amazing especially our instructor, I was surfing in no time !!! Felt safe the whole time and really learned a lot from him. I recommend aloha Josi surf 1000/10

5.00Davito was an excellent surf instructor. He was patient, encouraging, and great at explaining everything in a way that made surfing approachable and fun. Everyone in our group was able to get up on the board, which made the experience even better. Davito’s energy and passion really stood out. Highly recommend taking a surf lesson with Aloha JoSi Surf School!
