Our 2-hour group lesson is perfect for those who want to try surfing for the first time, as well as those who want to improve their technique. IT is not necessary to know how to swim since chest height as deepest,you will be accompanied and guided by trained instructors. Come with your family or friends!! kids less 10 yo and seniors over 50 yo,will need to book a private class to take care of every detail and ensure the best experience in terms of results and safety.
In our class, you will learn the basics of surfing and safety, reading the water, waves and currents, training the technique on land, and then you will go into the water.We recommend that IT be one of the first activities you do, as surfing requires energy, enthusiasm, and a rested body to enjoy it to the fullest!
After the lesson, Just relax in our beach chairs and umbrellas!

Live surfing to the fullest!! Our 2 - hour group lesson + beach day is perfect for those who want to try surfing for the first time, as well as for those who want to improve their technique. Suitable for ages 6 and up, with NO age limit! Based on reservations, there can be 1 to 3 students per instructor, although in the case of children under 10 years old and adults over 50 years old, we recommend booking a private class to take care of every detail and ensure the best experience in terms of results and safety. In our class, you will learn the basic concepts of surfing, reading the sea, and the techniques necessary for quick progress. The lesson schedule is based on the tides, so get in touch with us!! INCLUDE EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO ENJOY IT TO THE MAX!!! - Instructor -Surfboard, you can keep using IT after the class! Rushguard - Sunscreen, in case you forget Theory. - Fresh water - Access to our beach chairs and umbrellas to relax in front of the ocean before and after surfing! Pick up, in case you need IT! - Professional photography (optional, additional) We await you with good vibes, perfect waves, and an experience you will remember forever! Pure life!☀️

5.00My kids (ages 13 and 15) and I took lessons with this surf school and had so much fun. It was easy to find, there was a place to park our car, and they had canopy tents and chairs set up for us to use even after the lesson, for as long as we wanted to stay at the beautiful beach. The instructors were great and we were all up on our boards in no time. Highly recommend this surf school!

5.00I had a great experience! Instructors were very friendly and patient. They explained things well and had me up on the board quick. The supplied rash guard was a lifesaver. I hope I get back to Jaco to surf with them again!

5.00We had an amazing time during our surfing lesson! David took his time explaining everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable and confident in the water. The experience was well organized from start to finish—they even offered pickup and drop-off, which made it super convenient. We also really appreciated being able to hang out on the beach until we were done. Such a fun, relaxed, and memorable experience. Highly recommend! 🌊🏄♂️

5.00Great crew of guys! This was my son's 1st time surfing. We arranged a lesson for his 15th birthday. The guys were great at looking out for all of us while in the water. The owner stayed in contact to make sure we were having a good time. Parking at the meeting point and beach chairs/ umbrella were greatly appreciated. The camera guy was also great. Awesome price for several professional pictures of my son's surfing experience. Would highly recommend!

5.00Really awesome experience from start to finish. These guys want to make sure everyone is safe, everyone catches waves and everyone has a really good time. The work really hard to ensure the above. This is not tourist trap but a couple of very genuine people trying to share what they love, surfing and Jaco beach, with as many people as possible. We can not recommend them high enough.

Geovany the super patient teacher and good vibe to explain you and make an unforgettable experience. Photos of the great Ibo uff too recommended to purchase the Service . If I go back to Costa Rica 🇨🇷, it is for sure for classes in Surf Jaco at Josi School

5.00Amazing trainers! We went as a family of 5 and we all made it up! Our 9 year old and 11 year old think they are professionals now! Communication was great from the booking to the end. Highly recommend.
