5.00Petra was an incredible tour guide for our family. She communicated well the day before our tour, she was personable, and gave us great highlights of our time in Basel. I would definitely book a Viator tour again and a bonus would be to have Petra as a tour guide.

5.00Our tour guide was Juliana and did a great job! The history of the city was covered well, got to see not just the outside of the buildings, but went in and got closer up to what you walked by. Chocolate tastings were great too, up to 3 pieces at 4 places was a great way to try out the famous Swiss chocolate. Great for people that want something a little more than just a history walking tour.

5.00Had a lovely walk and chocolate tasting with Juliana. She was knowledgeable and easy to get to know and knew a lot about Basel and history and made the tour interesting and informative. Loved the chocolate tastings and learning about the families and the stores. Definitely recommend this tour to get a good first impression of the city

4.00Great tour with John. We walked around the city for almost three hours. There were three chocolate tastings. John was very knowledgeable about the city. Although there were only five of us, it would’ve been nice to have individual audio devices so that we could hear what he was saying. The city was loud and it was hard when we did not stop and have him face us directly. Sometimes he spoke as we were walking and we couldn’t hear him. I would’ve also liked to have more chocolate tastings.
