  What a great food tour. Kathleen is awesome and the food is amazing. We do food tours on most of our vacations and this one is top notch. Stop looking at other options and tours - just book this and you won't be sorry!

  We had an amazing day learning about Sydney, NS and Cape Breton Island. Kathleen loves her home town and shares some great history and lots of different foods.

  What a great day we had in Sydney with this food tour. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the city (she was a local!). We ate at 5 different places, very eclectic food, which was a real surprise. But of course, it did include delicious a lobster roll! Very convenient if you are coming in on a cruise ship. She fits it in perfectly during your stay in the port. You are never far from your ship, all in walking distance, so we had no worries about getting back to the ship on time. Great way to find out about this small port and enjoy some delicious food along the way.

  This was a food tour through Sydney with Kathleen. She was a fantastic guide with a plethora of knowledge of not only Sydney, but of all of Nova Scotia. The food we sampled was also amazing and we highly recommend this tour. We would definitely do this again.

  Kathleen was a super tour guide/operator. She is a native of the area and shared so many interesting details about the locations we visited. She wanted us to have an authentic Sydney experience and we did.

  Kathleen was a great guide. Being a local, her enthusiasm and knowledge of the area was evident. We enjoyed the sampling of the culturally diverse foods. The portions were meal-sized and really way too much for us to consume. Constructive criticism would be to include a local beverage a sampling (as pictured). A thoroughly enjoyble experience in Sydney!

  Kathleen was a fantastic guide. She is a Sydney local and knew so much about the history of the town. We had delicious food so make sure you are hungry! Even if you can’t fit a tour in, try her restaurant - Two Friends - right in town. Coffee, Espresso drinks, sandwiches and pastries.

  This was a great way to learn about Sydney while eating some great food, get a little walking in (it wasn’t much IMHO). Our host Kathleen is a local islander and local business owner…and was very knowledgeable, prompt and communicated well. Highly recommend skipping breakfast! …we were stuffed at the end. Our final stop left us in a good place to continue exploring after listening to some live music!
