Nona and Kyle offered us a truly worthwhile experience. Not only were they very friendly throughout the journey, giving us valuable and interesting information at all times and showing us authentic aspects of Philippine culture, but they also showed us very special places that allowed us to experience nature at close quarters. This is a highly recommended tour, especially if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. We would like to thank them for making our day unforgettable.

Not meant for a solo traveler. First of all the price is way more for a solo and it is most def NOT worth it. I suggested perhaps we should postpone since there was big and I was assured we’d be fine. Mind you they closed schools bc the air quality was that bad. I don’t blame my guides for the weather but I do blame them for not being honest and not being upfront with needing more than shoes that can get muddy but proper traction. No boat , bc of air quality, I got hurt , a bone bruise on my back and an infection on my foot bc the trail was different and even was told oh that’s weird I was worried we were lost. Not organized no first aid kit one of the guides said she was excited bc she never had been to the falls before. Honestly a waste of a lot of American dollars. And since it was just me I was stuck just glad to have gotten home safe . They gave me the extra transport fee back which was outrageous 2000 pesos. On top of the 250 American dollars. The falls are hidden for a reason not worth looking at. Try something else . I want a refund but good luck with that one. False advertisement beware.

The guided tour to Taal Volcano's crater and the hidden waterfall and the ride on boat was nothing short of spectacular. The breathtaking scenery, especially the volcanic landscape , exceeded expectations. The guides' attention to detail and informative commentary enhanced the experience, providing valuable insights into the geological marvels. A perfect blend of adventure and natural beauty, making this tour an unforgettable exploration of Taal's wonders. Highly recommended for nature enthusiasts seeking both excitement and tranquility. Kudos to Sean, Einstein, Ian and Rhee for leading this smoothly. PS for #donotuseflipflops you may use any variance of beach/water shoes

  • A Great Tour - Make Sure to Bring a Few Things

My family was very impressed with this tour package. Ate Joannah and Tito Marlon were very friendly and helpful as tour guide and driver. The agenda included stops for local food like buko pie and fruit, a Taal viewpoint, the Palace in the Sky, the PHIVOLCS facility, the boat to Taal itself, and the waterfall, which was certianly the highlight of the tour. We had the falls to ourselves and it was a much more private experience compared to Pagsanjan Falls which is very commercialized and very crowded. We also enjoyed the hike to the falls, but we would strongly recommend that if you go to the falls that you wear water/aqua shoes or something similar and not regular shoes because it is a lengthy walk and you must walk through water in several places. The water shoes will also be great for the boat ride to Taal. We'd also recommend bringing insect repellent, drinking water, and toilet tissue.
