Our most popular snowmobile tour starts at the trailhead in beautiful Hope Valley, at 7,200 feet. Guests will receive a brief orientation, safety talk, and driving instructions before driving themselves while following their guide. The trail quickly climbs into the backcountry, offering stunning views of the Sierra Crest at nearly 10,000 feet. As the trail crosses Charity Valley below Markleeville Peak, guests can see historic cabins built by early settlers. The trail then follows the rim of Charity Canyon and climbs to 8,300 feet before leveling out. With many miles of groomed trails in the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, every tour offers tremendous scenic opportunities.

Very disappointed by the customer service. My family was excited to experience the snowmobile so we booked the tour on our last full day..I booked this tour and signed up to be picked up at my hotel. I sent messages the day before to confirm the time and never received a reply. I called Viator and the representative advised that the bus should pick me up 90 minutes to 120 minutes before the tour start time. My family and I wasted two hours waiting for the bus to pick us up…they tour operator would not answer the phone nor respond to email and chat messages. I called Viator and the company would not respond to the representative from Viator. I decided to uber to the location after it was suggested by the Viator representative… Upon arrival I found that although they had my hotel on the list as a pickup location they no longer pickup at my hotel. Needless to say we were very disappointed because we wanted to experience the snowmobile. They just said sorry and offered us a ride back to the hotel and an event on the water later in the day.. Our last day was spoiled because of their poor communication, failure to update their system and poor customer service.

Karis was amazing!!! Best guide! The trail was slushy but we made the best of it. Karis shared useful information to make the trip memorable.

Terrible. The trails were completely bumpy which made it horrible. Had to stay in a line with 7 other people. Boring. No going off on your own for a bit. Do not recommend.

Had a blast. Great Weather. Great Guide, thanks Brent. Felt safe and comfortable throughout the trip and guide was professionally and personable. Went above and beyond to give us a great excursion!

Brent was great. We were able to cover a lot ground. He did a superb job managing the various different levels of each of the riders in the group so that we enjoyed the experience. Well worth it!!

The snowmobiling was awesome. Olex was a great guide. The only negative is that we were told no two rider trips were available so we paid for two machines. When we got there all the machines were two person, so we paid $480 for what should have cost $280 for a single machine with dual riders. My wife didn’t want to drive, so she just rode with me.
Brent was great. Tour was great.

Brent was awesome. Trip was awesome. A must do if in Tahoe area. We loved the snowmobile tour. Weather was magnificent and scenery was splendid as well. Definitel would do this again.

The views were the absolute best. We had the best time! This group was awesome for me and my mom. Our guide was Kai and he was amazing. Kai made sure we were having the best time the entire time. We couldn’t recommend Kai more to others! Thank you for the best day!

Our trip was cancelled with no notice via email or phone call ahead of time. We paid for parking at the designated pick-up place and then waited 30 minutes but no shuttle ever came. We then drove directly up to the actual departure location to find out that they were closed for the day even though we had a booked reservation. We left several voicemails and no one has returned a call.
