During booking, please provide: Airline, Flight number, Arrival or departure time, Number of passengers & luggage pieces. Your driver will monitor your flight in real time and adjust pickup timing if your flight is delayed or arrives early. You will receive a confirmation once your booking is completed. Step 2: Driver Assignment & Vehicle Arrangement Before your pickup time, a professional licensed driver will be assigned to your transfer. The vehicle type will be arranged according to your group size and luggage requirements. All vehicles are clean, air-conditioned, and fully insured. Step 3: Arrival Instructions & Driver Information After landing, please turn on your mobile phone. You will receive the following driver details via message: Driver’s name, Contact phone number & Vehicle plate number This ensures you can easily identify your assigned vehicle and contact the driver if necessary. Please proceed through immigration, collect your luggage, and walk toward the Arrivals Hall. In the Arrivals Hall, you will see a representative holding a sign with your name clearly displayed. The representative will escort you to the designated pickup area outside the terminal. Your driver will arrive at the pickup point, assist with opening the door, and help load your luggage into the vehicle.
