Golf Cart Rental Rules Primary renter of golf cart must be minimum of 21 years of age, have a valid drivers license and passport Passport, License and Deposit of $500 due at pick up The golf cart must be driven on Tamarindo & Langosta OR Pinilla areas only Golf cart must be returned at the end of the agreed rental time period. A late will be assessed at a rate of 20.00 per hour. Please allow 50 feet distance from any body of water. Any additional potential drivers who might drive the cart during the rental period must produce a valid drivers license and be at least 18 years of age. All drivers and passengers agree to rent and utilize the vehicle at their own risk claiming no legal responsibility whatsoever as a result of an accident or incident to third parties or themselves. Renters agree that they are solely responsible for any and all damages while the cart is in their care, custody, and control and warrant that they have inspected said vehicle at time of rental and affirm they are familiar with the operation of the golf cart in regard to, but not limited to steering, braking, and speed control device (accelerator). If found allowing underage drivers, you (renter) forfeits golf cart, without any refund during the rental period No refunds on Golf Carts Returned early due to inclement weather All drivers and passengers are aware that driving or riding in a golf cart can be dangerous and agree to rent and utilize the vehicle at their own risk. Native Way Limitada claims no legal responsibility whatsoever for injuries as a result of an accident or incident to third parties or themselves. Collision Insurance is included in the rental. In the case of a collision with another vehicle, our office must be notified immediately and will arrive at the scene of the accident to manage the report with traffic police and provide insurance information. Failure to notify us at the time of the incident will result in a full charge of the damages to the renter.

5.00Our family vacation of six adults went to Tamarindo, CR to celebrate our 50th Anniversary, The cart we used from Earth Gear was ready when we got there and was a huge perk for our traveling around the town. Many of the roads are unpaved and this was a comfortable way to travel without fear of a fall. The cart was in great shape and performed as expected with all six of us comfortable. The return was easy too. I highly recommend Earth Gear.

5.00We rented a 6 seat golf cart from Earth Gear for a week for our family vacation in Tamarindo. It was the ideal way to travel around town and get to the beach from our rental house. Walter and his team were great to work with. Very handy that they will pick up and deliver a cart right to you. Will definitely rent from them again.

5.00Spent a week in Tamarindo and golf cart was waiting at our house upon arrival. Great service and great way to get around town. Had one issue that was fixed immediately. Rented from them a couple years ago and highly recommend.

5.00We rented this 6-seater for family who came into town for a wedding. Earth Gear is our favorite golf cart rental in Tamarindo. Carts are new, clean, work well, and they deliver!

5.00This was cool, my wife and I choose to get a cart or side X Side in Tamarindo, for a few reasons.... the roads, parking options and generally the congested roads. I looked around and found that Native's prices were better than others plus the availability of a cart, I went through Trip advisor and within 45 seconds I had a cart reserved. I showed up at Native, easy walk from where we were staying (they would have picked us up) and the building was in great shape, smelled GREAT (seriously) and the A/C was working :)... Morgan was at the front counter and greeted us, The whole finalization process took less than 4 minutes, she looked up our name, took copies of our doc's, she secured a deposit (that was mandatory per the rental agreement) and handed us a 100 foot extension cord, showed us the operation of the cart and we were off.... couldn't be happier, the cart is heavy duty lifted with off-road tires.. they indicate a 20km range -9miles but you'll never get close to that in Tamarindo, we have top offed the charge once so far, Native are family owned with phenomenal customer service and personalities..

5.00We rented a cart for a day to cruise around the Tama area. The folks were great! The cart was nice. Had no issues would rent front them again. We heard they might sell portable coolers sometime in the future? Haha.... thanks for the great experience
