La experiencia comienza con un Tour Guiado por el Mercado diario para obtener los productos frescos que utilizaremos en nuestra cocina, y también tendríamos una visita a una Farmacia tradicional Bereber donde tendría la suerte de tener una pequeña idea sobre las especies en general.después nos derejeremos a mi casa, donde usted se va a convertirse en un CHEF y va a preparar su propio TAGINE,COUSCOUS,y la bebida Local Thè a la menta, y disfrutar lo que sus manos han preparado.
Resumiendo, usted va a tener una Experiencia inolvidable y única y va a vivir la vida tradicional de una familia Local verdadera. Donde nos conocemos como extraños y acabamos siendo Amigos para siempre.

Esta Experiencia te va a introdusir en la vida culinaria marroquí en la que vas a experienciar parte de la vida local del día a día. Vamos a hacer un paseo por el mercado para hacer compras de nuestros productos que necesitaremos en clase de cocina, y de allí vamos a tener una visita de la farmacia Bereber, donde aprenderás sobre la mezcla de las especies más utilizadas en la cocina marroquí, y por el famoso aceite de Argán...ect.también vas a aprender a cocinar diferentes platos tradicionales de la cocina marroquí y también el riquísimo pan tradicional (KHOBZ), y por supuesto no puede faltar la bebida tradicional del país, el Té con la Menta. Vas a preparar tu propio Tagine por lo que te vas a convertirte en un chef siguiendo los pasos de nuestra chef y utilizando la magia de las especies. En cuando todo este preparado y listo, desfrutaras de todos los platos que hayamos preparado.

5.00This was by far, the best excursion that we have had on our 23 day journey! Bilal met us at the cruise port and walked us through the old Medina with a stop to buy bread and olives for our cooking class! We arrived at his apartment and were warmly greeted by his beautiful wife, Sanae! We had so much fun preparing our salad and tajine! An absolute feast with mint tea and pomegranate and raisins for dessert! We highly recommend this excursion-you will not be disappointed!

5.00Our experience was amazing! Bilal was extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of Tangier and the walking tour was not only educational but also fascinating! As we wound through the streets of the historic Medina, we learned about the history while shopping for bread and olives for our cooking class! We then arrived at Bilal and his wife, Sanae’s beautiful apartment to start our lesson for a traditional Moroccan lunch-chicken tajine, salad, bread with a variety of amazing olives and finishing with delicious pomegranates and raisins & mint tea!! We learned all about how the tajine works and all of the spices that go into a traditional meal! When we finally sat down together to eat what we had prepared, we had the best time comparing cultures and laughing about things we have in common. Bilal and Sanae could not have been more welcoming and gracious!! It was definitely the highlight of our trip and we highly recommend this experience!!

5.00This was a very nice experience cooking dinner with a local family in their apartment. It was just my husband and I and he and his wife. Their 2 daughters were also in the apartment. They are all very nice people. We prepared a chicken tagine and a seafood tagine. They were delicious! We also made a salad and we had pomegranate seeds and raisins for dessert. We really enjoyed the experience and the meal.

5.00Our family spent two weeks exploring Portugal, Spain, Gibraltar, and Morocco—taking in everything from historic sites to a food tour in Lisbon. Yet nothing compared to the experience we had with Bilal in Tangier. He welcomed us into his home where we met his wonderful wife and two daughters, and from the moment we stepped into the local market with him, we knew this tour was unlike anything else. We walked through the stalls where locals buy their meat, fish, spices, and produce, and then returned to his home to prepare and share a traditional Moroccan meal together. Bilal not only guided us through Tangier’s culture—he invited us to live it. Preparing food side by side, learning about traditions, and sitting around the table with his family was the highlight of our entire trip. This wasn’t just dinner with a guide, it was an unforgettable connection with new friends. If you ever visit Tangier, don’t miss this opportunity. It’s the kind of experience that stays with you forever.

5.00Bilal and his wife warmly welcomed our family into their home for a private cooking class. It was an amazing cultural experience! The food we made was delicious. This experience and our time here will stay with us forever. I highly recommend doing this cooking class!

5.00Experience fully recommended to get to know a little more and first hand Moroccan culture. We were able to share with Bilal and his family a little while at their house, where we prepared a Tajine, a salad and a tea that were spectacular. Living what is a Moroccan house of doors inside has been an experience that we have loved and recommend 100%. Bilal speaks Spanish perfectly and is a super host. Thank you for that little bit.

5.00I had the most lovely evening with Bilal and his family. I was so happy his daughters joined the class given that I was the only participant. We made a tagine and a cucumber, onion, and tomato salad. Bilal’s wife made a delicious eggplant dish which was my favourite. Afterwards, we all ate together. I felt totally at ease in this home, and my heart was warmed by their hospitality. It would have been nice to make something like pastries or more unique sides in order to learn some new cooking skills though. But all in all, a very pleasant experience!
