  We spent 5 hours with Hamid in Tangier. He is professional, competent, reliable and honest. We would be happy to meet Hamid again. He is one of the best guides that we ever had.

  

• Wonderful Day Tour of Tangier and Camel Ride!

  We had a wonderful time on our tour with Hamid. Communication before the tour was excellent and Hamid met us as soon as we got off our cruise ship. What was different and wonderful, was the fact that Hamid had an assistant to take of the driving and parking the car while Hamid could focus on taking us to see the sites and not lose time searching for parking. Hamid adjusted our schedule so that we saw some of the key sites in Tangier such as Cap Sparkle before all the crowds and tour buses arrived. He also arranged a camel ride for our group on the beach, once again before the crowds arrived and this was so much fun and a hilite of our time on our cruise.I must add, the calls appeared very well looked after and all reacted to the verbal commands of the handler, who also took photos of us riding the camels. After the driving to the key locations, the driver took us to the Kasbah and Hamid took us through a wonderful walking tour of the Kasbah and the Medina along with the markets. We walked through the narrow alleys and got to see the real markets and a wonderful feel for Tangier. It seemed everywhere we went, someone knew Hamid and would embrace him or say hello. Hamid was extremely knowledgeable and informative regarding Tangier and Morocco. At the end of our walking tour, our car and driver were waiting and took us back to the cruise terminal. An absolutely wonderful experience and I highly recommend that if you are looking for a tour of Tangier, that you contact Hamid and Upscale Tours Tangier, you will be happy you did.

  Hamid, Hamid, Hamid! We couldn't have had a better tour guide. He was excellent - very patient and a fountain of knowledge. Highly recommend Upscale Tours especially with Hamid as THE guide!!

  We were a group of 11 US and UK travelers.Hamid was an outstanding guide and provided the perfect experience in Tangier. He was accommodating and gave us a once in a lifetime experience. We would recommend his tour to anyone visiting his amazing city.

  We had a excellent 3-hour private tour of Tangier with Hamid and would highly recommend him. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and he has a great personality that is fun to be around throughout the tour. He shared fascinating historical information and also offered cultural insights into modern day Morocco. We saw the Casbah, Medina, and other sights that he was glad to customize for our unique interests, including those related to the Jewish history of Tangier. He was glad to answer any questions we had along the way with his usual energy and charm. Hamid met us right on time outside the ferry station and when the tour ended helped us get back to the ferry. A truly great experience all around!!

  Wonderful day trip to Tangiers with our guide Mohammad. We stopped for a gorgeous views, to see the lighthouse, the markets, and shopped for beautiful rugs. Highly recommend. We learned much about the history and present day of Tangiers. We felt very safe and secure the entire day there. Thank you Mohammad!

  Tangier was a hidden gem. I did not go in with any expectations but the place, history, the friendly people changed all that. Our tour guide Mariam was beyond amazing, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. It felt like we were on a tour with someone we knew for a long time. If you like to know about a beautiful culture, experience great cuisine and wander around the modern and the old Medina of Tangier, this is definitely a tour to do. I would highly recommend this tour and would definitely book them again next time I am in Morocco.

  Hamid is the consummate tour guide and facilitator! We had a private tour with just our family group of seven, with three of us going on to Casablanca and four of us returning to Tarife, Spain. Even with this split destination at the end of the tour he handled everything while still giving us a superb insider’s look at the beautiful city and people of Tangier. This was a day to remember as he and a driver first took us through several areas in Tangier, giving us the history behind many buildings and key points of interest. You can tell in an instant he knows how to take care of his guests. Everywhere we went the other tour guides all know him and greeted him warmly because he is legendary!! We spent the first part of the tour riding in a comfortable tour van, had a wonderful unhurried light breakfast, rode camels above the beach, then began a walking tour through the old town and casbah that is Tangier. Lunch was amazing with all kinds of Moroccan dishes that just kept coming. We can’t say enough about Hamid and the wonderful tour he led us on today.   Hamid was a wonderful, knowledgeable host for our port day tour of Tangier. The mini bus was comfortable and he had an excellent driver accompany us. Highly recommend.
