  Well the driver was great however I had to message the service because nobody had contacted us by the time we were supposed to be picked up. When I did get a call they said they would send a local driver that took about 45 minutes to arrive. Luckily we didn't have a time we needed to be anywhere so it was OK. The driver was very nice, perfectionist and a safe driver so that part was great. Would recommend with caution if you need to be somewhere on time maybe not the best choice

  We used this service from the San Juan airport to the Ceiba Ferry and a few days later back from Ceiba to San Juan. Both drivers were EXCELLENT! They were safe and courteous. Their communication ahead of time was excellent and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend!!

  Car was cool and comfortable. Driver was communicative and responsive. Texts to confirm a few days before, the day before, and plenty of communication the day of. Great experience.

  Pleasant and professional. Great driver! Picked us up at the ferry, which was a bit late. Got us to the airport in plenty of time.

  I booked this taxi service to get my party of five back from Ceiba Ferry Terminal to SJ. They reached out to me about 1-2 days prior to my trip to confirm my driver and provided me their contact information. The day of the trip, they contacted me again to confirm my ferry time, and they even got there earlier than the scheduled pickup time and waited since the ferry took longer than expected (we also took the 9:30 PM ferry back and didn't make it back until 11 PM). Our driver, Miguel, was very nice. He drove us back safely to our Airbnb. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. I recommend booking with this service if you're looking for transport since they pick you up right when you're off the ferry. Ubers were a bit hard to come by from that area so book in advance!!

  Excellent and reliable transportation option! We were picked up on time from the Ceiba Ferry Terminal and driven to San Juan. The price was also very reasonable for the value and the quality of the service.
