Since the pandemic, we can't have a greetings sign with your name on it. The driver will send you the pickup instruction and remain in the car until you call or text the driver with the column number.
It is very important that you answer calls and texts from the driver.
Extra stops or indirect routing are charged additional.

Taxi service from the San Juan Airport to Cruise ship, Hotels and bnb. Our designated driver will be in complete communication with you waiting outside the terminal right next to the airport baggage claim. All our transfers are PRIVATE. 5.00Joel was fantastic. We received the communication early and we were met on time. Everything is about communication. Great job. A very nice guy who also transferred us from our hotel to the cruise ship and picked us up from the cruise ship and returned us to the airport. Smooth, Slick and a brilliant service. Would definitely recommend

5.00The city cab drivers were gracious and attentive to our flights being delayed. The vans were clean and sharp. Everyone is spoke to from beginning to end was helpful . Bonus that they were half the price of the competitors we called!!

5.00I inadvertently scheduled the wrong day as were arriving on an overnight flight. I was made aware of this because my driver Michael contacted me the day before. I was able to change it the correct date with no problem. On the date of our flight, Michael reached out again to confirm our arrival. Michael was there when we arrived to San Juan. He got us to our hotel safe and sound! Kudos to Michael!

5.00Driver was very polite and communicated well in advance of our arrival. The only extra would be to wait with a name card outside exit: my phone had bad coverage and I couldn’t text driver. Otherwise, he drove carefully and got us home efficiently.

5.00Gregory was great. He texted me before we landed to let me know where he was parked. When we got out of the baggage claim area, he loaded our suitcases into the car. He was a safe driver and when we got to the hotel, he unloaded our suitcases and got an umbrella for us as it was raining a bit. I would definitely recommend this service.

5.00Joel Delarosa helped me and my friend on various trips : to the mall, beach, Old San Juan and back to the airport. He was very reliable and professional. I will be referring all my friends to him & his company. Transportation was not a problem on my trip to Puerto Rico !
