Great experience, we received the tickets the day before and also a lot of information on the visit that helped us navigate the site. Highly recommend to secure places in advance (you cannot be sure to find ticket onsite on the day of the visit).

Li was helpful and delivered on the tickets. She also added some very good tips and recommendations to help me make the most of my visit. I recommend her! I recommend going when they open, as it soon becomes crowded with tourists. Pre-booking is only necessary in high season.
