Hot air balloon flights are completely dependent on weather conditions. The direction and speed of the flight depends on the wind, so sometimes there is the possibility of not flying over the archaeological site.
Children under 5 years of age are not allowed to take the balloon flight.
People under the influence of alcoholic beverages are not allowed to fly.

If you select the option, we will pick you up at the entrance of your hotel in Mexico City (Only at touristic areas, subject to availability)
Upon arrival at the Volare Balloon Port, you will need to check in. Afterward, you can enjoy a delicious coffee while watching the balloons inflate. Then we will take off and fly over Teotihuacan.

5.00Truly an incredible experience. We went on a near perfect morning, right at sunrise. Pickup and drop off in Mexico City was seamless and the drivers were on time. Registration at the Volare center in Teotihuacan was easy, the rep there was very helpful. The view was STUNNING. Sunrise couldn't have been better. The balloon operator will play some fun music from a speaker, which adds to the experience. All in all, this is a once in a lifetime experience. Highly, highly recommend!!

3.00Balloon experience as expected. Lot of upselling and finally the trip back to the city. Three hours later and we are still on this bus.. we’re staying downtown. They chose to drop 3 of the 20 way out of the way and extended the bus ride by hours. Most people abandoned the bus and requested uber.

5.00Incredible experience. Early start as we have to depart around 5 AM to make it before sunrise. Communication was very clear and we felt safe the entire duration. Drive was about 45 minutes to the site from CDMX and we were offered coffee and tea upon arrival. A photographer took pics before the flight and drone footage during. The flight was 45 minutes and we were picked up at landing after the champagne toast. Breakfast was great and there was a live band! You either depart back to CDMX or to the pyramids.
