Hot air balloon flights are completely dependent on weather conditions. The direction and speed of the flight depends on the wind, so sometimes there is the possibility of not flying over the archaeological site.
Children under 5 years of age are not allowed to take the balloon flight.
People under the influence of alcoholic beverages are not allowed to fly.

Upon arrival at the Volare Balloon Port, you will need to check in. Afterward, you can enjoy a delicious coffee while watching the balloons inflate. Then we will take off and fly over Teotihuacan.

Round trip transportation from Mexico City: Select this option if you need transportation from Mexico City and you want extra time to visit the archaeological site of Teotihuacan. We will pick you up again at the same place where we have dropped you off.

5.00A once-in-a-lifetime trip over the Teotihuacán ruins. The day starts slowly with an early pick up. Coffee, registration and slowly seeing the other balloons inflate and disembark was very surreal. The hosts and pilot were very kind. The trip in the balloon was calm. We were in the air for close to an hour. I am very happy I experienced this!

5.00Went as group of 7, and this was definitely a highlight of our trip to CDMX, so worth waking up early for sunrise with the balloons - our pilot Juan for the Mamut balloon was really great, flew us super safely and expertly and close to the pyramids - highly recommend

5.00Amazing experience! Everyone was very kind and professional. We were picked up right in front of our Airbnb in Condesa exactly when they said they would. The balloon flight itself was gorgeous, weather was good and we saw the sunrise and got incredibly close to the pyramids. Breakfast was good and there was a very talented mariachi band playing during breakfast. We will be recommending to friends and family.

5.00Juan Manuel Diaz is the best hot air balloon pilot ever! We got very close to the temples for a lengthy time it was the greatest view ever! Definitely recommend as it was an unforgettable experience

5.00Great experience for a solo traveler. They put me in a box next to some friends so I didn’t feel left out as there were a lot of couples on the trip too. They are PUNCTUAL. Perfect pick up, smooth ride to the area and absolutely amazing balloon ride. It was such a smooth takeoff and landing. We were able to go pretty high up. After the flight, had a delicious mexican style breakfast while being serenaded by a mariachi band.

5.00Very responsible staff we could not go up the day indicated by security and rescheduled it for another day and it was perfect and seeing the pyramids from the globe is important because it demarcates the whole city built amazing
