  Hermes was a fantastic tour guide, super friendly, had a great energy, and is super knowledgeable about everything that was asked. He also made some great recommendations for other activities and restaurants around the city. 10/10 experience would highly recommend!

  Good tour. Guide was very nice and accommodating. We were the only ones on the tour so they offered to pick us up from our hotel instead of the designated meeting spot and we also got to have lunch after walking the site, which was an added bonus. I would recommend.

  A terrible experience. Highly recommended. The drivers were excellent professionals but also friendly. They gave particular emphasis to the history of the place and explained in detail how the place was in the old years.

  Thanks to Hermes for his outstanding service; he’s a well-rounded tour guide who’s always ready to help and has a very positive attitude. Book with him—he provides accurate information and has extensive knowledge of Mexican history, especially the pyramids of Teotihuacán.

  Hermes and his brother in law (careful driver) were amazing we had an early sunrise tour and his knowledge, pace and friendliness were exemplary. He took us to lots of additional places to see the mural and wider archaeological sites. He made it an excellent day out and was very accommodating pick us up from hotel and dropping us at the Kahlo estate museum on way back on his recommendation of places to see.   Thank you very much to Hermes who was our companion throughout our visit to Teotihuacan, we started with the balloon flight Hermes took us with our pilot and supported us to take many beautiful photos, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very good as well and ended with a tour of the archaeological area which was very complete and left us fascinated with the culture of the place, without doubt the attitude and good attention was key to make our visit very comfortable.

  Wonderful experience! Hermes' attention was exceptional. It was magical to know the majestic pyramids of Teotihuacán on a hot air balloon flight.

  Our private sunrise tour of Teotihuacan was an incredible experience. Hermes arrived right on time to pick us up, and from the beginning everything was perfectly organized. One of the highlights was a wonderful surprise: he took us to an ancestral cave where well: I won’t spoil it for you… During the tour, Hermes explained the history and significance of Teotihuacan as we explored the archaeological site. He is clearly a very professional and knowledgeable guide who is passionate about what he does. He also includes little surprises and takes you to lesser-known places that make the experience feel unique and authentic. In the middle of the tour we stopped at a local restaurant where the quesadillas were delicious. It was actually a great break in the day—it divides the tour nicely so you never feel too hungry or too tired. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend this tour and Hermes as a guide.

  I had such a magical & beautiful experience on the sunrise hot air balloon ride over Teotihuacan. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly & attentive, making us feel safe & well taken care of the entire time. The music added a really nice touch to the atmosphere, & the ride itself was so smooth & peaceful. Watching the pyramids from the sky was truly unforgettable — definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I would highly recommend!

  The experience was excellent in every way, Hermes has great knowledge about Teotihuacan and its history. It was very friendly and professional, making the day a real experience. In addition the tour was practically private.
