5.00Thank you very much to Hermes who was our companion throughout our visit to Teotihuacan, we started with the balloon flight Hermes took us with our pilot and supported us to take many beautiful photos, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very good as well and ended with a tour of the archaeological area which was very complete and left us fascinated with the culture of the place, without doubt the attitude and good attention was key to make our visit very comfortable.
Wonderful experience! Hermes' attention was exceptional.

5.00Our private sunrise tour of Teotihuacan was an incredible experience. Hermes arrived right on time to pick us up, and from the beginning everything was perfectly organized. One of the highlights was a wonderful surprise: he took us to an ancestral cave where well: I won’t spoil it for you… During the tour, Hermes explained the history and significance of Teotihuacan as we explored the archaeological site. He is clearly a very professional and knowledgeable guide who is passionate about what he does. He also includes little surprises and takes you to lesser-known places that make the experience feel unique and authentic. In the middle of the tour we stopped at a local restaurant where the quesadillas were delicious. It was actually a great break in the day—it divides the tour nicely so you never feel too hungry or too tired. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend this tour and Hermes as a guide.

5.00I had such a magical & beautiful experience on the sunrise hot air balloon ride over Teotihuacan. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly & attentive, making us feel safe & well taken care of the entire time. The music added a really nice touch to the atmosphere, & the ride itself was so smooth & peaceful. Watching the pyramids from the sky was truly unforgettable — definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I would highly recommend!

5.00Hermes was a great guide, any question we asked him answered, we had the opportunity to climb the pyramid of the moon, walk along the street of the dead and explore the archaeological area with plenty of time, Hermes knows too much and is very cultured, we were pleased that he brought food for the dogs of the archaeological area, he shows what a great human being he is, I highly recommend this experience.

Hermes explained everything clearly in good English and was incredibly friendly to everyone we encountered. His knowledge and warm demeanor made the experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!

5.00Hermes was an incredible tour guide. Extremely passionate and knowledgeable, he truly gives the VIP treatment! From stopping to pick up water and a special Mexican pastry to treating his guests, the other guides and especially the street dogs with genuine warmth and kindness- you know you are in excellent hands. He makes you feel like family. He is also a master storyteller! We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Hermes and all he showed and taught us about the history of the ancient pyramids! Thank you Hermes for a wonderful day! And thanks for going the extra mile to return my glasses I left in your car.
