Alex is a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic professional with abundant knowledge of the area and history with excellent English language skills. The tour was well organized and met our schedule and abilities. We learned so much about the imperial dynasties, ancient and current culture, and so much more! Alex even offered suggestions for dining and other attractions. We plan to use their service for a longer, custom itinerary when we return with family in the future. Also available for other areas in China!

We were also delighted to see the Muslim quarter at night, and we enjoyed the cuisine too. He was able to direct us to the good places to shop which was great! Kevin is highly recommended! Our trip to terra cotta warriors was so smooth. Luckily we managed to avoid any Chinese holidays. We were advised the place will be over crowded. The meticulous attention to detail in crafting each terra cotta warrior is truly awe-inspiring. From their intricate facial expressions to the elaborate armor and weaponry, the craftsmanship is a testament to the skill and dedication of the ancient artisans. Xi'an is a fantastic city with all sorts of nice food and friendly local people. Unfortunately our holiday was not long enough. We will definitely come back again!

5.00Alex gave a very professional tour around the Terracotta Warriors and highlights of Xi'an, making my trip very productive. Everything was so packed and I felt I'd learned a lot in just 2 days. She's such a bright and cheerful young lady who's a lot of fun to be around and through communicating with her, I learned a lot about Chinese culture and worldview. Would definitely recommend for anyone travelling solo and looking for a fun and knowledgable travel companion.

5.00The Warriors are an uplifting experience of human ingenuity and achievement. The whole site exudes history and intrigue from the story of their creation, discovery in modern times and their display today. All of this is brought to life by guide Alex Fan. He's supremely organised, very informed and knowledgeable about the site and Xi'an in general, and above all, Alex is a very personable guy who is at ease with everyone. His English is impeccable and from what we could gather, he has a working knowledge of several other languages too. We can't speak more highly of him as a mentor and someone who makes the Warrior experience a joy.
