Come spend the day with (famed) chef Lat where she will teach you how to prepare and cook Thai in our purpose built Thai cookery kitchen.
* You'll learn 4 Thai recipes as well as make curry pastes, coconut cream, herbal drinks plus tour our organic micro-farm as part of your Thai cookery experience on Koh Samui.

At 'Island Organics Thai Cooking Class' Chef Lat will teach you 4 traditional Thai recipes all easy to recreate back at home plus make coconut cream, curry paste & a herbal drink. You will prep & cook yourself ! Chef Lat will also lead you through our micro farm where we grow Thai herbs, veg, fruits, mushrooms. You will also discover Moringa - The miracle tree ! Now available for sale as a powder or capsules. 5.00We spent a lovely day with Lat learning how to cook wonderful curries and salads. Lat made the day a fun experience with her bubbly and enthusiastic cooking style. Her team made the day work well and we had a fun time and the pick up from the hotel worked well. Would highly recommend this for anyone wanting to learn about cooking Thai food.

5.00It was exactly what I hoped it would be, definitely worth the money. Chef Lat was brilliant, funny, encouraging, professional. I was impressed how organised and efficient the whole day was. I loved the journey of seeing how the ingredients grow in her garden to ending up on your plate. Truly inspiring.

5.00Great fun and extremely satisfying - you eat what you cook, so come hungry. Chef Lat and her staff makes sure that everything runs smoothly and that everyone feels involved and has an enjoyable time.

5.00Chef Lat was nice and fun. Good/fast tempo while cooking to get what is offered. Nice group size. Beautiful garden, good food. We had a really good time:)) Description is valid. Would do it again.

5.00A great cooking class with a lot of knowledge and examples; a garden tour was also included. And it has improved the soil above all. A very powerful woman and funny on top of that. We've learned a lot. And it tasted great. Especially the organization was perfect. This is a second cooking class in Thailand and both were super perfectly organized. Everyone knew what to do. 🥳👍👏

5.00This authentic Thai cooking experience was 10 out of 10. This is the best cooking class I have experienced. Food was fantastic the class and equipment amazing the staff made us feel like we were part of their family .
