Bad information and bad behaviour by the crew!

We had booked a tour with the boat Victoria. It was quite windy, and people felt quite bad due to the waves. The day before, the tour had been cancelled due to the waves. Thus, when the captain informed that we had to go back after around 20 minutes, we understood it as the tour was cancelled due to the wind/waves. However, when we were back in the port, it was shown that they had went back due to that one family had requested it, so thereafter the boat turned out again on the sea. Thus, the information on the boat was very bad, and it wasn’t clear for us that it was optional to leave the boat. When we also wished to leave the boat, the crew became upset. Thus, it was a very bad behaviour by the crew, and the information from the crew was really bad.

Our trip was changed with out any notification. When we got on board and were told tea and coffee were available there was no teas. Staff behind the bar were rude/ snappy miserable. Food was served but we were all lined up waiting to be served like idiots 2 skewers each dry bread and salad served from a washing up bowl, it was sloppy / wet. There was no change on board for the bar. No snorkle gear provided as stated. 2 plastic fishing reels. The beaches and swimming were good. But for money paid you could go on better even, private hire for 4 hours. Just an expensive trip to feel like an inconvenience and have your meal thrown at you.

Amazing places we had a great time really recommend! We had a tasty BBQ and drinks included as well . The staff was nice and friendly happy to see us enjoying the views and everything. God bless all !

Beautiful views from the harbour and throughout. Due to my husbands aches and my pains didn’t swim but loved watching those that can swim off the boat they had a great time. Breeze great as so hot. Crew were brilliant.

Excellent communication during the reservation process. The skipper was very pleasant and took us to some nice swimming spots. Would definitely repeat the experience. Highly recommended❣️

It was pleasure to see island from the water, breakfast and lunch included. Possible to but some snacks and drinks. Although we didn’t had the best weather - the experience still was overwhelming

Beautiful environment, fantastic to stop and swim from the boat in different places in the clear blue water. Then go back into the sunset.

Relaxing cruise and great views! It is a memory that we will share with the friends, enjoyed swimming in crystal clear water, we took a lot of wonderful pictures. The crew is friendly, and the conditions are good. Food is great, and you can buy additional drinks at decent prices.

The boat wasn't on the harbor. There was a place on the ticket. There wasn't the boat. Other tour operators were able to help us after 15min. Despite everything, we didn't know where our boat was. Very deficient
