Turtlely Cool!… Departing Molokini, we’ll make one more stop and snorkel with sea turtles in a shorline destination (locations will vary, depending on conditions). These turtles, although endangered and protected, are accustomed to seeing snorkelers and do not mind being photographed as they surface for air just a few feet away.
Experience Molokini without interruption from large tour boats or over-crowded snorkel sites. Trip includes 3 hours of fun, with at least two stops. Snorkel Molokini and an additional shoreline snorkel at a turtle habitat.
During whale season, we will always stop and see some whales.
This tour goes out daily because it is a customer favorite since 1985.

Molokini Crater
You will snorkel the inside and outside of Molokini Crater. Most of the time, we are able to snorkel the back side too.
La Perouse Bay
You will experience turtle town. At this snorkel destination, you will see many turtles and other sea life as well as coral reef.

5.00The morning tour was great and we highly recommend this adventure. We'd done two other tours with Blue Water in the past so we knew what to expect. They did not let us down. Captain Mikey is super friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect weather made it so that we saw lots of fish at Molokini and turtles at Turtle Town. Lots of whales spotted along the way as well so we got to stop and take photos. Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed our time on the boat and in the water.

5.00Had a great a time! Alex and Angela took great care of our whole group. Ages 6-65 had a great time! Had a whale spout right near the boat, along with excellent snorkeling at the crater and turtle town! Well worth it! Highlight of our trip!

5.00Great morning snorkeling with fish, turtles, one shark and many whales. Angela and Alex were great guides bringing even more fun to the trip. This outfit seems solid, no surprises and smaller group outing than anything else I found on Maui.

3.00Good trip, short on safety and instruction. Advertised fruit as the breakfast and received a turkey/cheese sandwich. Plenty of time to snorkel at the crater, but turtle town was canceled due to murky, rough water, which was disappointing.

5.00What an amazing experience riding on the blue clear waters off Maui our family had today with Ben and Kanoe! They took expert care of all guests, stopped at two excellent snorkeling spots, added in lots of whale spotting and gave us so many great tips about the island. Highly recommend to all visiting Maui - Mahalo!

5.00The boat was in time and very comfy. Smaller size gave us more flexibility and intimate service. The crew was polite and sweet. We saw turtles without even going into water (the sea was swollen), saw a whale, and snorkel in two different spots without a crowd.

5.00We've done snorkeling tours elsewhere (on the Big Island, USVI, etc) but this was the best we've been on to date. We got to see Molokini both inside the crater and also along part of the outer wall, and then swam with the turtles south of Kihei. One of the best aspects of this tour was it was on a smaller boat, and with only two other couples. No waiting to get geared up and to get in the water. Less chance for drama with clueless guests (we didn't have any). The big boats had upwards of 25-30 guests and moored in a single location within the crater and dropped off folks centrally. Our smaller boat got up close to one end of the exposed caldera and we got to swim the entire inside length of Molokini, with our boat tagging along behind, and with the captain keeping tabs on us. Seeing the entire reef like we did is a much better snorkeling experience in my book! The smaller boat was also more maneuverable, and got us closer to the outer wall and to the turtle reef. Another positive aspect was our captain, Mikey, who was personable, humorous, informative and helpful throughout. He emphasized taking your time to see the underwater sights and to snorkel at your own pace. It was a very chill experience, with never a rushed feeling. I highly recommend this Blue Water Rafting adventure!

5.00Do it. Worth the fast ride to Molokini under the care of Ben and Angela - great hosts. Plenty of time to snorkel around and see lots of different fish and eels and turtles. Boat wasn’t crowded and the experience was definitely worth the money
