Hi! Are you looking for the best adventure in Swiss Alps, far away from the crowded tourist traps with delicious homemade food?

As your guide I would like to show you a very exclusive 1.5h hike above Wengen (free of cars town). It offers the best views of JUNGFRAU, MÖNCH and EIGER in golden sunset time - perfect for romantic moments like PROPOSALS, HONEYMOONS or ANNIEVERSARY.

Our destination is a scenic point where we'll prepare real homemade Cheese Fondue surrounded by the alpine beauty. It's worth mentioning that the cheese fondue served in restaurants is not homemade, but unfortunately only heated from cheap ready-made cheese mixes.

After a picturesque dinner we'll descend back to Wengen admiring 13,000-feet peaks soaked in golden and pink colors.

Trail length: 2.7mi

Each participant will receive a small backpack with a few items needed to prepare Fondue.

Enjoy an exclusive hike in the peaceful mountains of free of cars town - Wengen. That's a perfect way to stop for a moment and simply enjoy a magical atmosphere of the golden sunset in the mountains in the best possible spot with a delicious ending, far away from crowded spots! Our hike will take us to the BEST and most picturesque spots in area, great for memorable pictures and romantic moments (like proposals, honeymoons or anniversary celebrations). For dinner together we will prepare the most fameous Swiss dish - cheese fondue which you have to try while beeing here. All that surrounded by nature, beautiful views, peace, and quiet. Our tour is also a great opportunity to learn more about the Jungrauregion and find out what is worth seeing in the following days. After fulling dinner surrounded by nature we will walk back down to the center of Wengen in sunset lights. What’s included: Traditional Swiss Cheese Fondue with sides: bread, pickels, apples and seasonal sides. Bottle of still water. Hands down the best thing to do in Switzerland! A trip to Wegen, a hike to the top of the mountain, homemade fondue with fun and interesting conversation with Weronica! Do it and don’t think twice about it!

We had an unforgettable sunset hike and fondue experience! Weronika was incredibly personable and organized, with clear and friendly communication before the event, which made everything seamless. The hike itself offered absolutely breathtaking scenery, and the fondue at the end was outstanding — the perfect way to wrap up the evening. A special highlight was meeting her sweet pup, Boni, who added even more charm to the experience. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a unique and memorable adventure!

Wow!!!! This was spectacular!! Weronika was fantastic! She was so incredibly knowledgeable about Switzerland and the area we were in. She gave us so much fun insight on the Swiss traditions and culture. The hike was stunning, she stopped us at all the right places to take in the views and take advantage of beautiful photo opts. Now for her cheese fondue…unbelievable!!! My husband doesn’t like fondue and now after having Weronika’s recipe he’s a lover of fondue!! It was delicious!!! As an added bonus she brought true Swiss chocolates to sample. Yummy!!!! I highly, highly recommend this tour!!! You’ll be so very glad you did. 5+ stars all the way!!!

Best tour in Switzerland. Breathtaking views, amazing fondue, and insightful information. Come hungry and ready to hike. If you only have one day in Wengen, this is the best way to do it!

Beautiful scenery and great fondue. Weronika was a great tour guide. She customized the difficulty of the hike to everyone’s abilities. Not an easy hike but doable if you are in decent shape. Definitely worth the effort. Great views from high up. Weronika was very entertaining and personable. Lots of information about the area. Each person was given a backpack of supplies to carry. I am a 63 year old female and walk daily on flat ground. I had to take my time walking up hill and up lots of stairs with a pack, but I made it. Highly recommend.

Weronica gave us an unforgettable experience and it was a pleasure to be on her tour. She took us on a gorgeous hike, then made delicious fondue for 10 on the mountain with gorgeous views, followed by sunset. Weronica gave us three tours this week, and helped us before and after with meals and other travel planning. She’s a delight!

Weronika did a fabulous job! She is so knowledgeable about the region and has great pride in Wengen. The hike was scaled based on the physical abilities of the customers. The fondue was authentic and she shared so many useful tips on the region, the best way to make fondue and any chocolates you should buy.
