Enjoy an unforgettable evening at The Boma Dinner & Drum Show in Victoria Falls with a delicious 4 course traditional dinner followed by an interactive African drumming experience.

On arrival at the boma you will be presented with a traditional robe to get you into the mood. Prepare to be immersed in the vibrant atmosphere. Aromas of local dishes and game meat on the barbeque fill the restaurant. The Boma is partially open to the African skies and offers a unique experience. Your senses will be bombarded with the tastes, sights, sounds and smells of Africa.

Enjoy the warmth and hospitality of Zimbabwe and it’s people. Once seated, you are invited to take part in a hand washing ceremony and to taste the local brew, before the four-course feast begins.

The food at the Boma is cooked and served in the style and quantity of a lavish traditional feast.

The Boma – Dinner & Drum Show, located on the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge estate, is a legendary dining and entertainment experience that offers an unforgettable fusion of mouth-watering local cuisine, energetic dance performances, interactive drumming and traditional storytelling. It has, over the years, firmly established itself as a Victoria Falls “must-do” experience, providing a unique cultural experience that bombards the senses with the tastes, sights and sounds of Africa. The four-course meal includes a delicious platter of starters, soup from the campfire, a braai (barbecue) buffet, followed by a selection of desserts.

The Boma has been a consistently enjoyable experience, the food is always excellent and the entertainment top notch. So much art and culture to immerse yourself into. Stand-ups for me were the pig on spit and the chocolate mousse. My waitresses Busi and Phillipa were so wonderful, and the drum show is always so fun and energetic. Booking is essential, as it can be quite busy. Overall a must do meal and activity 😊

Would have been lovely but Paramount Travel and Tours confirmed our booking, did not respond when I messaged asking for the pick up time and then when our hotel called them, they were offish and then just cancelled with no explanation 2 hours before the trip. Don’t bother.

The drum show was the best things that I encountered at the Victoria Falls. The show was engaging and fun. The food was well prepared and tasty. The atmosphere was electric and the stuff really made the experience exceptional

What fabulous entertainment - we loved it! One has a piece of traditional fabric wrapped around you, African style to put you in the mood, some face painting, and you are escorted to your table. The buffet is extensive with mostly traditional dishes to try - there is the usual fare too for the unadventurous. The salad buffet was fresh and interesting with enough choices to really fill your plate. I had the soup of the day, it was yummy butternut, but I'm sorry I did because I would rather have left space for what was to come! The mains were superb giving everyone a huge choice of local food. All authentically presented in 3 legged pots and mouthwatering aromas. The venison stews and steaks were double delicious. The dessert table was also full of wonderful looking things, but by the time I got there I was too full to sample very much, we ate the Malva Pudding which was great. The drum show was amazing - the story telling and the dancing that go with it are wonderful entertainment, and to really put you in the mood everyone gets their own drum to beat at the end. Lots of thought has gone into making this an experience and the staff do so well. They are all pleasant and helpful and ready to joke and laugh along with you. So well worth an evening out in Victoria Falls!!

It was a great place. The food and service was great. There is music dance, crafts and they even paint your face with African animals if you want. You can actively drum along. There can be many visitors inside and yet you do not have to wait long at the all-in buffet. You can taste local dishes there is really something for everyone. Highly recommended.

An absolute must if you’re visiting Vic Falls. What an amazing evening filled with great food and better entertainment. The staff at Boma, really know how to put on a family friendly show !

We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Boma. There was an oversized buffet with salads, meats, and sides, all deliciously prepared and presented. During dinner, there are African dancers and later in the evening, an interactive drumming show.

This was by far the worse experience I have had in Vic falls. The food was terrible, the acts were not great and the service not good. 50 dollars to eat very mediocre food and get a drum to play while you’re eating is definitely not worth it.

A fun night with as much food as you can eat from the extensive buffet. From the off you are dressed as a local over your clothes, so don't bother with dressing up it's an experience. The drumming can get a tad boring as it goes on a bit, but overall we enjoyed it.
