This experience is highly immersive and uses a combination of flashing lights, media, music, sensory moments and special effects that may not be suitable for all audiences. Please speak to a member of our team if you have any concerns.

Guests who wish to enjoy alcoholic drinks during the experience may be asked to show an ID card as proof of age. Unfortunately we cannot accept digital copies. Non-alcoholic options are available during this tour.

Please note that children under the age of 8 are not permitted on this tour due to health & safety reasons. Children over the age of eight are welcome with a valid ticket.

Smart casual attire is our dress code policy. No costumes or sporting attire are allowed.

Nick and colleagues were amazing. Interactive entertaining presentations throughout. Really interesting and knowledgeable. 3 different cocktails and whisky my husband and I had were great. 5 star.

A wonderful and informative story of the history of Jonnie Walker. Our guide Paula was fantastic, full of energy and passion, such a lovely person! This was my 2nd time here and I can't wait for my 3rd!

That tour was super interesting and informative, the story really came alive, and the drinks were absolutely amazing. The whole experience was a pleasure. And seriously, Eleanor the guide? She was the absolute best.

I have visited various distilleries in Scotland and I did not know what to expect - I knew it was only a city show-case. I was rather disappointed. The tour reminded me very much of Disneyland, no character.

Really enjoyed the tour, well organised, fun, and very immersive. Our guide Zihao was excellent throughout: friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything feel effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Our visit to Johnnie Walker on Prince street in Edinburgh was nothing short of amazing. For the tour experience, Rachel our guide, was knowledgeable, thorough, and all around informative. The choreographed Johnnie Walker story was well done along with the tasting. As part of the experience you get to sample and create a drink based on your tasting profile. Once we were unleashed in the store Chris was the ultimate whisky sensei. His knowledge of whisky is unsurpassed and he really locked in on exactly what would make good selections for us. He respected budget and had an uncanny ability to discern exactly we wanted. His attention to detail and customer service quality couldn’t have been better. We got our bottles engraved, shipped, and bought merch. Everything was high quality. Bottom line, this is a must visit in Edinburgh. Even folks who don’t like whisky enjoyed this distillery and worth noting, they have good non-alcoholic options to accommodate a variety of preferences within a group.
Well worth a visit!

Absolutely fabulous experience! Interactive and fun, our host Paula was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable, we had lots of fun, and a few drinks in the bar after 👌
