  Africa Natural Tours put together an incredible expedition. My wife and I enjoyed every bit of it. The guides, very experienced. Maneno and Hassan were extremely flexible with our pace of hiking. We move fast and they accommodated us all the way. They were there to take our gear if needed or to help carry us. They led an incredible team as well. 5 stars from start to finish. You were informed everyday of the plan of attack for each hike. The porters, they were so impressive, they were the backbone of the operation. They carry your trekking gear like backpacks with your clothes etc. they also carry your tents, food and all the other creature comforts for camping. The food, absolutely delicious and so much. You will not go hungry. The chef made the most incredible meals. The gear, be prepared. You can rent sleeping bags or other gear from their store. The sleeping bags are warm and good quality. They have cold weather clothing if you need it. I brought my own with layers. Again, come prepared as rain and snow happens a lot. Camps, the camps have toilets but they are more of holes to go send your messages in. Bring hand sanitizer. The team will provide you with a bucket of warm water each morning or each night to wash your parts and maintain hygiene. They also will refill your water bottles or camel backs on request. Never needed water tabs for cleansing but could be used to be on the safe side. The tents were enclosed, and kept us dry. We were able to hang gear to dry out for a bit. The goal is to stay dry. So plan accordingly with your gear. This was incredible to be able to summit Kilimanjaro and I cannot recommend this tour company enough. Do remember to look up park fee prices and to tip your crew! Thank you!

  We, family of three, signed up for the 7-day Machame route with Africa Natural Tours. Godfrey has been very helpful, answering many of our questions prior to the climb and also helped to arrange our airport transfer. Our guides (Baraka and Nukka) and porters (Frank, Wilson, Walter, Abdul and many others) were very supportive during the climb. Food was great although we loss our appetite at higher altitude. During the summit night, our two guides plus one summit porter (Abdul) went with us and they provided great encouragement, supports and understanding, led to the successful summit on Boxing day. On the descend, my boy managed to pick up the 'African ski' down the scree.   Embarking on this Kilimanjaro trek with African Natural Tours was undoubtedly one of the best decisions I've ever made. They not only provided a safe and well-organized expedition but also created a supportive and enjoyable environment throughout the journey. the bond with the guides, and the sense of achievement upon reaching the summit made this adventure truly unforgettable.

  For us (David, Lucas and Marvin), three guys from Germany, it was not easy to choose a tour provider for our Kilimanjaro ascent, because all of the provider we found seemed to have a 5 star rating on Google & other platforms. Because Africa Natural had a really good media presence in various channels (Instagram, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Website etc.) they convinced us too book them and we had a really fair price for our 7-days Machame route. We choose the medium price, but there is a more comfortable option as well. Before we came to Tanzania we wanted to make a prepayment for the tour, but neither WISE nor Western Union worked out. This felt a little suspicious to me, but it turned out that all is fine. We could also pay the tour in the ANT headquarter when we arrived in Moshi. The hotel "Kilimanjaro White House Hotel", which ist a little bit outside of the city center turned to be quite nice with a rooftop that enables a beautiful view on the Uhuru Peak. The staff was also really friendly and the rooms are totally okay. In our 2 days before the route started, we had time to arrive in Tansania, got briefed by our guide Nelson about the next 7 days and rent additional gear. I recommend starting the climb on the third day, to have time arrive and adapt well and without stress. The tour itself went accordingly to plan and we had a really good support from the whole crew. All the tents (sleeping & dinning) we're in place when we arrived at the camps, the food was varied, our waiter brought us hot tea to our tent every morning and our guides played a crucial role in our summit success story. They briefed us every evening for the next days, advised us what to wear, prepared us mentaly for all the challenges and were even doctors, for example when I twisted my ancle. Also we learned a lot from them about the people, the culture and the country Tanzania itself. Our guides spoke fluent english, some Porters spoke okay english and some just a few word's, but there was always a way to communicate. Looking back now, two weeks later and back in Germany, the experience could not have been better. Thank you Africa Natural Tours for organizing this experience that we will remember for a lifetime. Special thanks to Nelson, Jackson, Kisa, Benjamin, Chass, Hazi and the rest of the crew! For you its daily business, for us its a vision & dream came true, that inspired a lot of people around us.

  Hiking Mt. Kilimanjaro for 7 days via machame route and Mt. Meru in 3 day were very impressive, to see the nature of Africa and its beauty, if you attende to the spot you can never regret, since it fortifies you body due to exercise of hiking and environmental exploration, pleasure and learning about conditions variation, how it alter in different zones.

  I had an incredible Kilimanjaro experience through Machame route traveling with Africa Natural Tours. All of the team was amazing and very cooperative starting from Mr Godfrey the company manager together with his working team including sales team, professional guide, porters and cooks. I can not say much but recommending this company for any of your Tanzania safari. I look forward to coming again and use the same company in Tanzania.
