  I would describe this as an average tour. It covered several notable sites in the city center and provided a decent overview of the area. Having taken numerous city tours, however, this one felt somewhat amateur compared to others I have experienced. That said, the tour operates on a more tip-based model, so the more basic format was not entirely unexpected. Overall, it was a reasonable introduction to the city, but travelers who are looking for a more polished and in-depth experience may prefer a more paid guided tour.

  This was my first visit to Brussels, and although my husband had been several times before, he had never really learned much about the city's history. Our guide, Marcella, was fantastic – informative, engaging, and funny throughout the tour. She explained everything clearly and made sure everyone could follow along and enjoy the experience. We learned so many interesting facts about Brussels, its history, culture, and landmarks, and Marcella also gave us some excellent recommendations for places to visit, eat, and explore after the tour. I would highly recommend this walking tour to anyone visiting Brussels. It's a great way to expand your knowledge of the city, discover places you might otherwise miss, and get the most out of your trip. A must-do experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We really enjoyed the tour very much, Marcela is a very good guide. She is very talented, fluent, very knowledgeable about Belgium and she makes the tour in a fun way. You don’t even realize how the time passes and the hot weather. We loved having her as tour guide very much. Thank you so much🙏❤️

  We did the Brussels walking tour with Adelin. Adelin was a great guide who provided in-depth insights to Brussels history and people with a wry sense of humor. It was unseasonably warm and he did his best to keep everyone in the shade as much as possibIe. I really appreciated how he tied all the insights together to summarize Belgian/Brussels culture and mindset at the end of the tour. He also provided everyone with a QR code with his favorite places. Note that these guides are paid solely by gratuities so be prepared to tip for the high tour quality and service provided. Its well worth the expense given the insights Adelin provided.

  Ian was a fantastic tour guide. Perfectly animated, friendly, and knowledgeable. The whole thing was lovely and perfect for a solo traveler with not a lot of time. The only thing that was off was the fact that the tour was listed on TripAdvisor as costing $4.95 and it wasn’t until I clicked into a tab that contained more information that it stated “at the end of the tour you must give your guide a voluntary contribution of €15-€30.” First of all, to state the obvious, if something is required then it is not voluntary. Second, I understand that these tour operators work on tips and I was very happy to tip Ian as he really earned his money, but I don’t like that the cost was not listed upfront. It should have been clear when I first paid for the trip that it was $4.95 for the Trip Advisor fee and would bean additional €15-30 after the tour. Other than that, it was fantastic.

  Adelin is an absolute delight! This is my favorite tour I’ve ever been on, and we travel quite a bit. He was brilliant, very charismatic, and absolutely hilarious. The whole next day, my family and I have been quoting things he said to each other. This is the best thing I’ve done in Brussels, and I cannot recommend it enough. I truly learned so much about Brussels and Belgium as a whole, and I understand the city much better now. I’d give this ONE THOUSAND stars if I could!
