1.00Driver was safe, friendly and courtesy. We didn’t see half of the landmarks included on the itinerary. He would say, it is further down that there. A good portion of the trip was done in silence, so no history or discussion of the areas we were driving through. Also, there was not preparation on where we were heading next, it was almost as if he was driving aimlessly. Two members of our party fell asleep because we literally didn’t see or stop for about 40 minutes and the driver was saying nothing. I was trying to follow along with the itinerary from Viator, but it was no help. Also, when he did stop and snap photos of us at landmarks, majority of them were awful. The landmarks were either not fully in the photo, we were blurry, or in some instances we weren’t even all in the photo. This was certainly not worth the price that we paid and I would not recommend it to others.

5.00Today, my daughter, my granddaughter, and I took a four-hour tour of London with Ian as our driver and guide, and it was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he took us to all the best places and made every moment special. Ian is such a kind, gentle, and articulate man. He explained every detail of our tour so beautifully and made London come alive for us. His warmth, professionalism, and passion for what he does were evident throughout the entire experience. I cannot thank him enough for giving us such a memorable day. If I am fortunate enough to return to London someday, I truly hope to see him again. 5.00Stephen was FANTASTIC!!!!! This tour was everything we had hoped for and more! We saw all the major sights and then some. His knowledge was incredible! We chose to start the tour at 8 AM on Sunday morning, which was perfect because there was no traffic and we could get around so easily. I had let him know that I was very interested in seeing Abbey Road first, along with some other Beatles spots. We hit them all! Everything was perfect! We even had time to stop and have a “cuppa”.

5.00JEREMY, JEREMY, JEREMY... If you chanted that name, you have had Jeremy as your tour guide in the past. If you did not chant his name, you SHOULD book him NOW. My husband books private tours everywhere we go, as I am partially disabled, and I have NEVER done a review, Jeremy earned this one. He took so much time and effort making our day special, he even brought small Easter gifts for us, and included our teenage daughter in destination decisions, I could not have asked for a better guide. We saw everything that we wanted to, and so much we didn't even know about. He made our day amazing, explaining all of the history and taking the time to answer any questions and took lots of pictures. Next time I am in London I will book him again (I cannot wait), and I highly recommend you do the same, I promise he does NOT disappoint...
