Join our tour and discover the story of Bratislava through the centuries, from the beginning to the end. Starting from antiquity and the Middle Ages, passing through the splendor of the great Habsburg Empire and ending in the turbulent years of the 20th century with its modern history.

We will tell you about the history of this city in such an easy way that you will be able to narrate it like an expert when you return home.

NOTE: This is a tip-based tour. As the major share of the tour price is used as a platform fee or goes to the tour provider, in case the tour will meet your expectations we also encourage you to tip your guide 10-20 EUR per person.

These tours are a great way to support a local company of enthusiastic guides excited about history and life in their cities. Matus communicated the complex history of Slovakia very clearly and paced his information beautifully as we went round the landmarks. I so enjoyed the tour and it looked like everyone else did too.

Matus did a great job with the tour! A LOT of steps up to the castle so this tour isn’t for you if you can’t do steps.

Samuel made it very agile and with fun moments, super recommended for a panorama of Bratislava. We have been a day in the city and it is the ideal activity to know about the city and not spend in souvenir shops.
