Join our tour and discover the story of Bratislava through the centuries, from the beginning to the end. Starting from antiquity and the Middle Ages, passing through the splendor of the great Habsburg Empire and ending in the turbulent years of the 20th century with its modern history.
We will tell you about the history of this city in such an easy way that you will be able to narrate it like an expert when you return home.
NOTE: This is a tip-based tour. As the major share of the tour price is used as a platform fee or goes to the tour provider, in case the tour will meet your expectations we also encourage you to tip your guide 10-20 EUR per person.

5.00Wow, what an incredible tour! Alex was a fantastic tour guide and provided a very thorough history of Bratislava and all of Slovakia. He even followed up after the tour with recommendations to make our stay wonderful. I have done a lot of walking tours, and this was one of the best.

5.00Our guide was Jakub. Jakub provided an excellent overview of Slovakia culture and history in a two hour walking tour of Bratislava. Each stop along the walk was used to provide details of a period of Slovakian history, chronologically from the formation of the country until present day. Jakub’s voice projection was exceptional making it easy for all tour guests to hear.

4.00Our tour guide was very friendly and informative. We had a very large group ~24 which is too large for a walking tour with no audio and with moderate hills and steps to climb. The guide spent a lot of time waiting for people to catch up It would have been much more enjoyable with a smaller group. IF possible see if they offer truly small group e.g no more than 8-10 to get the most out of the experience
