5.00A crazy and amazing trip experience with a challenging and fairy-tale route with a delicious lunch in a cabin in the middle of this magical forest warmly recommends by the way this is my second time. Their attitude is warm and loving. I always care about you along the way. Assistants and buyers in driving. Boris the guide also this time surprised me on a new route and again the last time we did I think they are number 1. Recommend from all heart Big Lake

1.00DO NOT BOOK THIS I booked at 12:30 AM this attraction to the next day, at the description of this attraction the hours was 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, we wanted to do a day trip out of sofia and thought to come at noon, in 8:30 am of the day we drove out of sofia to the attraction and got a message that the attraction starts at 9:00 am, we asked for a later hours and he said that due to the weather we can’t do it later, and that we should talk in the next day, so we did. In the next day due to the weather there wasn’t trips at all, and in this day we had to leave bulgaria - so we asked for a refund (The attraction owner cancelled us twice…) And he claims that he shouldn’t refund us because we didn't came on the first day at 9 am, although he told us only at 8:30 am the attraction starts at 9:00 am!!

5.00January proved to be very adventurous! The snow is everywhere and especially here - in the area of the Secen Rila lakes. Brand new snowmobiles, great instructors and amazing route. No matter which tour option you cgoose, its going to be top notch!
