  I have never booked anything on Viator and thought I was going to get scammed! After realising that The Alhambra was fully booked for weeks via the official website (even after booking with Robert, I still tried every midnight Spanish time last night and the night before to see if i could still get a ticket, but nothing) Robert Travel has been brilliant in securing me a ticket. We didn’t want a guide so this ticket was perfect. His communication has been very prompt too even though I thought his answers to my questions were very vague leaving me not so convinced at the time. How wrong was I? An email came through 3am on the day of my visit with mine and my son’s ticket. Entry was a breeze, including into the Nasrid Palaces. I asked for 9.30 and got 10.30 which I was happy about. If you’re looking for last minute no nonsense tickets - Robert Travel is the one! I apologise in advance for doubting you. I hope this review gives the overthinkers like me some reassurance.

  I had set my visit time to the palace at 5pm but was pushed to 6pm instead. Had to make extreme adjustment with inconvenient…. The last min tix was overpriced by 9x with inconsistent service. Also still waiting for 50% credit …. Very disappointing experience. Never expected this fm Viator!!!

  Tickets received on the day of entry, around 2 o'clock at night, and for a different time than chosen, but in the case of the Nasrid Palaces it is not a problem, thank you for organizing the possibility of visiting this beautiful place

  Well worth coming to Granada. I am so glad I saw Alhambra and had travelled to Spain just for this and Ronda. Robert's services are perfect for people who were not organised enough to secure tickets otherwise a minimum or more in advance. I was initially having an issue but great customer service comes down to the company trying to find an amicable solution. Robert did this and is an honest tour provider. I can fully recommend him. Thank you Robert.
