  This vendor must be reported to the police and get out of here immediately. This is SKAM! This is cheating! There are no tickets. Meeting place does not exist! Zero communication. The platform is not responding either! Robert Trips is a fraudster provider. Struggle for days to get the refund of my very expensive booked 3 tickets.

  We booked 3 tickets for Alhambra in Granada Spain. Did not realise this was often booked weeks in advance Not tickets on official website. Through Viator we tried to book twice. One day in advance our booking was " pending". Only on the morning of the tour we learned the booking failed. We then tried again and were offered tickets at 3.5 times face value, and received confirmation email after entering passport details and payment. Money debited from credit card. Pn arrival to site, we learned that we had no calid tickets. We called the toyr operator phone number to learn that number had no valid owner. We contacted viator seeking refund. They indicated refund would come in 3 to 5 days. My advice, never use viator for Alhambra tickets. Only the official website. This involved an enoramout of stress and wasted time. We never saw Alhambra. A Miserable experience. Viator should discontinue offering Roberts trips.

  DO NOT BUY!! The worst Viator experience. Roberts Trips was terrible. First their phone number doesn’t even work. Our tickets said to be there at noon. We waited almost 2 hours and could not even contact them since their phone number doesn’t work. Then they sent us a message to come back at 5:00. Well Alhambra closes at 6:00. We paid $530 for 4. And we could barely visit anything. Go to other websites to buy your ticket. I’m shocked Viator lets this tour operator sell on their site.

  Attention fake! Absolutely dangerous! Don't buy them here! We bought Alhambra tickets. They weren't sent, and we didn't get in. We drove 1900 km to get here. Fake!

  Absolute scam. We received a confirmation email saying Robert Trips would email the tickets to us. Tickets were never emailed. And the phone number to call Robert Trips doesn't work. Even Viator wasn't able to call Robert Trips. This is a scam.

  Really terrible expereience with the Alhambra operator and Viator. Even though I paid 220 euros for the tickets I never got them.. but the most ridicolous part is that I called operator 5 times and send multiple messages and I never got an answer and the Viator customer service was not actively trying to help

  First of all they didn't send me the physical tickets after I paid, I had to order them and claim them. Secondly, the meeting time was told to me first, and then the entrances included another. Thirdly no one answered me in the chat, there was only one phone from England. They took many hours to respond in the chat, and it was only in English.

  The visit to the Alhambra is simply sublime and unforgettable. The price of the ticket is much more expensive than on the official website but if you could not take it in time then it is a solution allowing you to access the Alhambra. We received the tickets by email several days before.

  Bought tour tickets with another company months in advance that cancelled me 48 hours before my tour with zero options. Of course - no tickets available now anywhere and I panicked. Saw "Last-Minute" tickets like a beacon in the fog and grabbed it. Tickets $$$ - cost the same as the tour - but I was desperate and did not care. Only issue - once purchased - it was dead silence. No email available to contact them, phone number listed was not active, no street address in Granada to make inquiries. Convinced that nothing was going to happen and then tickets appeared late the night before. Tears of relief - very grateful for the tickets - wish I had more ability to contact though. Yes cost is 4 x normal ticket price - but when sold out, I understood pricing and would use it again in similar circumstance
