3.00Pros: + The promise was last minute tickets to Alhambra and they did deliver. + It was almost impossible to find tickets online as everything was booked months in advance Cons: - The communication is really terrible. The whole thing is super vague and you don't know when or how you will get your tickets. I had to send several messages the night before and until the last moment I did not know whether I was gonna get any tickets. - I was given a different entry time than what I initially chose so it's not reliable. - The people (or probably person) running this isn't really interested in helping you or responding to your messages so don't expect any tips or extra information. In summary, I do regret buying tickets here as the whole thing seemed super sketchy (prices x5 times more, some random name is listed as a buyer on your ticket etc.) and I believe it harms Alhambra and tourism in Granada which are absolutely beautiful. So I invite you to avoid my mistake, plan well ahead and don't fall for this trap.

1.00This was one of the most frustrating and misleading tours I’ve ever booked. They advertise a start time of 12 pm with a supposed 3‑hour duration, but fail to clearly mention that the Nasrid Palace visit is inexplicably scheduled at 7 pm — a massive gap that makes it impossible to follow through with the experience unless you waste your entire day. This crucial detail is hidden, and as a result we couldn’t even do the tour we paid for. Completely disorganized, poorly planned, and a waste of time and money

5.00We arrived at Granada on the spur of the moment and bought these tickets. They were emailed to us and the hotel printed them out and they confirmed they were legit tickets and we spent the day at Alhambra. Very worth it - the place is amazing.
