Visiting Titanic Belfast was an unforgettable highlight of my trip to Northern Ireland — and a must-do for anyone with even a passing interest in history, engineering, or human stories. From the moment you step inside this stunning building, whose design echoes the great ship’s hulls rising from the docklands, you can feel the pride and ambition of Belfast’s shipbuilding past. The interactive galleries are exceptional, taking you on a journey from the conception and construction of the Titanic right through to her maiden voyage and tragic end. The exhibits are rich with fascinating details, immersive audiovisual presentations, and themed experiences that make the story come alive in a way that’s both educational and moving. Being on the very site where the ship was built adds an incredible layer of authenticity to the visit — it’s history you can feel. Colette (with 1 L) is the loveliest lady, so kind a full of knowledge. So thank you Colette.

Absolutely amazing experience. One of the best museums/experiences I have been to! Also one of the most accessible as a visually impaired person. The audio description guide was amazing and there was lots of tactile exhibits. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help if needed. Would highly recommend

Well what can I say other than what a great immersive experience and a must do if in Belfast, the self guided experience which takes you through the building process with a cable car ride into the gantry of the shipyards and then the launching, sailing and the sinking along with stories of some of those that perished and some whom survived, with information delivered verbally, in writing and video was great and we ended up spending just under 3 hours there. It pays to book in advance as entry is by time slot.

Very informative and interesting. Give the visitor a look at what happened when a few small mistakes can lead to tragedy.

The Titanic exhibition itself was powerful, moving, and very well done. The storytelling and presentation were engaging, and the attraction is absolutely worth visiting. I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida to Belfast, Ireland to experience this attraction, and overall the exhibition met many expectations. However, my experience in the gift shop changed how I felt at the end of the visit. While standing at the very front of the store preparing to check out, after spending approximately £108, I overheard a male staff member say to another employee something to the effect of “just keep an eye out,” clearly referring to watching for shoplifters. As he said this, he made a gesture from his eyes toward the shop floor. I was standing directly in front of him at the time and could clearly hear the comment. As the only person of color in the shop, the timing and context of the remark felt uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially given that I was actively checking out and had already selected my purchases. I am not assuming intent, but language and actions like this, when used openly in front of guests, can easily be perceived as targeted and unwelcoming. When an attraction serves visitors from all over the world and welcomes people of different races and backgrounds, words and actions matter. Staff may not always realize how their behavior is received, but it directly affects how welcome guests feel and how the experience is remembered. I am sharing this honestly because the exhibition itself is strong and meaningful. With greater awareness and care in guest interactions, the overall experience could reflect the quality of the attraction itself

It is absolutely fabulous We got the train from Kildare to Dublin, then to Belfast and then the G2 bus to the mueseum. Our train was delayed but the staff at the centre were really helpful and it didnt effect our entry. We went on New Years Eve and it wasnt too crowded. We managed to fit in the SS Nomadic also and the kids really enjoyed being on a real ship. 2nd last floor with all the names of the passengers was very emotional, but Wallaces violin tipped me over the edge. It was so sad to read. How amazing is it that this violin survived. Thank you

The exhibition gave me a glimpse into the preparation for the launch of the Titantic's first voyage to the USA. The working conditions that the ship builders had to endure on a daily basis and anxiety of the passengers before travel and during the shipwreck.
