At TOKYO SKYTREE®, only the Tembo Deck (350 m) will be visited. An additional admission fee is required to access the Tembo Galleria (450 m). For those interested, please pay the required charges on your own
Due to traffic restrictions or entry restrictions, etc. near the Imperial Palace, operation may be suspended or departure may not be possible from the designated departure location
The order of the tour itinerary is subject to change due to road conditions or other reasons
Depending on the season and day of the week, traffic conditions may vary, and arrival time at each location may be considerably delayed. The scheduled tour ending time may vary depending on traffic conditions
Please participate in shoes which are easy to walk in
Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats. If a seat on the bus is required for the child, please make a booking at the Child rate
The tour will have a late lunch (13:30). Menu is subject to change depending on the season
As lunch is a buffet, requests for vegetarian meals cannot be accommodated
The bus company to be used on the tour is Hato Bus Co., Ltd. As part of the initiatives for SDGs, an environment-friendly hybrid bus will be used for transportation (May be changed due to maintenance or other unavoidable circumstances)
In an effort to prevent global warming, the bus will have its engine and cooling/heating turned off while waiting
In general, groups with an odd number of members will share seats with other customers
Please keep your seatbelts fastened on board the bus
It will take about 4 hours in total for transfers between the sightseeing spots
Parental permission in writing is necessary for all tour participants under the age of eighteen. Any participant under the age of fifteen or not yet enrolled in middle school must be joined by a parent or guardian on the tour

5.00If you're coming to Tokyo as a Tourist, this is a must do Orientation of the city. I came with my family and this trip was really enjoyed by everyone, from my parents to my 8 year old. Our tour guide, Mina, was the best I have ever come across.

5.00Excellent one day trip of Tokyo covering all key areas including two types of temple across two religions. The Hato Bus tour operator was very comfortable and well structured, and especially big thanks to our tour guide Mr Teru-san and the bus driver Ichitawa-san. Teru-san was very patient, polite and explained key locations and the historic context very clearly and English was easy to understand. Tokyo sky tree experience, Sensoji Temple, Meji Shrine and the Imperial Palace outer Garden was great. The short stop at the Ganman Robot and The Statue of Liberty was nice surprise item The best part of the tour was the buffet lunch at the restaurant near Haneda airport with a good spread at a superb dining location. The pick up location right behind the Tokyo station was very easy and convenient to locate. Highly recommend this one day trip of Tokyo compared to other two operators.

4.00They called this tour "Panoramic Tokyo" and I think that fits the bill. You definitely get the vistas of the city, whether from Skytree or across the bay. The visits to the religious sites let you delve a bit deeper into some of the sights of the city, and you do get a sense for crowds by the afternoon visits. Overall, this is a good way to understand the scope of Tokyo and see a variety of places, but it is a long day, and there's a decent amount of walking at each location. So keep that in mind, even though the bus is your home base for the day. Our guide was Yumiko. She was knowledgeable and happy to answer questions, but I think the nature of the tour is such that she doesn't need to talk the whole tour. Finally, the included lunch at a hotel buffet was plentiful and good, so you won't have to worry about that. Would recommend for those looking for an overview of the expanse of Tokyo.

5.00This was a great way to go around the main attractions of Tokyo in an efficient way. We spent about 8-9 hours on this tour but it was not tiring at all. Nobu-san was absolutely amazing with her explanations and she was super knowledgeable with questions from the participants.

5.00Makoto-san was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and passionate about his work. It was a very enjoyable tour, and was our first full-day experience in Japan. I would recommend him as well as our driver (May 13) for any future tours!
